I am extremely disappointed with the service at BMW of Rochester. I drove 2 hours for a scheduled appointment specifically to address a tie rod issue, which I clearly mentioned over the phone when booking Rochester. I drove 2 hours for a scheduled appointment specifically to address a tie rod issue, which I clearly mentioned over the phone when booking. Upon arrival, they informed me that they had ‘missed’ adding the tie rod to their list and hadn’t ordered the part, making it impossible to complete the service that day. Their solution was for me to leave my car with them. This level of incompetence and lack of preparation is completely unacceptable. I expected professionalism from a BMW service center, but this experience was far from it. I will never return here, even if it means going to another state for service. Truly the worst service experience I’ve ever had! More
