My least favorite thing to do is go test drive and buy cars! But, Mike and Lauren were great! Very knowledgeable and very easy to work with! HORRIBLE service department. DO NOT WORK WITH KYLE LOVEJOY! I would have left no stars at all but that's not possible so I had to leave at least one. After spending several hundred dollars and LOVEJOY! I would have left no stars at all but that's not possible so I had to leave at least one. After spending several hundred dollars and working with another mechanic, my 2012 BMW X3 was still having issues. We conceided defeat and decide to take it to the "professionals" that know the car best; the dealership. Not a good choice. They got us in right away of which we were very thankful for, and later that day we were told that a repair needed to be made and the amount was $330, and that would take care of our issues. We pay for said repair and take the vehicle back home. We live about a mile from the dealership. Less than two days later we try to drive the vehicle and the issue is the worst that it's ever been so we take it immediately back to the dealer. They then tell us that they found some aftermarket parts that were not playing nice with the car and they needed to be removed and OEM BMW parts put in. Cost? Another $500! Sooooo...they put those parts in, call us back. They then tell us that The car is still doing the exact same thing but now they want to replace all of the coil packs for the spark plugs. Cost including the above work of $500? Only $1200! Nope. Not happening! I've already spent a considerable amount of money trying to remedy the issue and now I'm not going to write a blank check to BMW until they get it right and figure out what is wrong! The whole reason I took it there was because I was done wasting unnecessary money. If the parts you took out were not bad, why are you not putting them in and taking that charge off of my bill? At this time, we are at a stalemate. They want the money, and we won't give it to them. We have others vehicle, I'll let it sit there for however long need be to work this out. Next up...reviews on EVERY single car site I can find that will let me leave a review about this dealership. More

He followed through on all his commitments to us, and even phoned us at home to keep us apprised of our vehicles status. On delivery day he made sure that everything went perfectly. Pete Rizzo the financial services manager went the extra mile to ensure that our questions were answered and got us a GREAT rate on our car loan. By far our best car buying experience ever! We will surely work with this team again. More

I just wanted my car fixed and wanted to pay for it. I even tried to buy a car while I was there and they wanted to run my credit before I could test drive. This is crazy. In the end I went else where and had my car repaired by someone I could trust. They pointed out each thing that I was told was wrong with my car and showed that it wasn't even bad or in need of replacement. I physically saw with my eyes as did my husband. Its like they saw a woman walk through the doors and their claws came out. More
Overpaid incompetent mechanics BMW Rochester used to have serious attitude. That has gotten better in service, but they are still incompetent. I have had my car in 4 times for the same problem and all I get is more expensive part replacements (their guesses) and no solutions. They always like to suggest the expense parts. For $115 per hour, they should be able to test which part is bad and replace it, not just guess. I can do that! All in all I would be willing to go to them if they could actually fix a problem - I have been waiting months. More

My wife and I took delivery of our 2011 BMW X5d back in January. Eric Eismann was our sales person. I would highly recomend him and the dealership to any one considering a BMW. The new ownership (West-Herr) of BMW of Rochester has trans formed that dealership into RockStar status. I will be taking delivery of my new 2011 BMW 335d in about two weeks, this time working with Mike Nixon. He was awesome too. This dealer will never let you down.
