Andrew made the buying experience at BMW of Rochester very easy. He greeted me at the door when I arrived for my test drive appointment, and took me to meet the general manager. We then sat down and started to discuss the details of what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the X3 because he owns one himself. That made it quite easy for our discussion. The car I was exactly interested in looking at and driving was not delivered to the dealership yet, so we went for a ride in a comparable vehicle. He allowed me to drive as far and as much as I wished. So the ride was very nice. We then went back to the dealership to talk about the numbers. After a few trips to the manager's office, we were able to come up with a deal that worked for both sides and we finalized the purchase. The car was delivered to the dealership 3 days later. Andrew got the car and the paperwork ready and I picked up the car the next afternoon. I only spent a short amount of time that day with Tom in the finance office. I was pleased that there was no pressure by him to sell me any additional items in which I was not interested. Andrew and I spent quite a bit of time in the car setting it up for me and going over a lot of the technology. It was very helpful. After the delivery, I had a couple of requests for paperwork of which I did not make a copy, and Andrew was happy to send them to me. I rate this dealership, and especially Andrew, a 10 out of 10. My second time to visit for service . Last August I tried the virtual appointment, did not go well. I knew I would pay for oil service and brake fluid job, Appointment 3-10-25 - received loaner, thank you. Picked up car -New radiator tank, thank you. . Oil change and brake flush not done as requested. Service advisor deleted as car did meet BMW milage guides. Not ok, MY car, I determine service. Car back to dealer, waiting for services requested, I paid for brake fluid, compensated for oil change. That was a wash as I will need oil change later this year. Goes a couple of days, still smell antifreeze burn. Call Service Manager, ended up with General Manager.. he would look into this. Same service advisor called, bring back car. BMW tech pressure tested, no leaks found. Service advisor related to drive car until low antifreeze warning comes on , call back.. OK is the car fixed or is it: "yup we checked it and it is there, but try it out for awhile " style dealer service... I am thinking a brush off , will play the game. Overall point deducts for communication, quality of work, quality of attitude. You met everyone of my low expectations. More

Easily scheduled an appointment for service, and the service was performed very well. The technician provided a video, and the Service Advisor provided recommendations for follow up service.
