I scheduled an appointment and was able to drop my vehicle off the evening prior and pick up my loaner vehicle. This was extremely helpful. Afterwards once my service was started. (3 recalls, a valve cover gasket and a diagnostic on a heat issue.) I was kept informed of my entire service process. I was updated as the repairs were completed and resolved. I would highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend their service staff to anyone that is looking for an inviting, easy and satisfying experience. Thank you Jeff for your integrity and expert knowledge. X6 is running great and better than ever. More

recent service experience with Jeff Pegg Last week I changed my winter tires for the regular ones. At the tire shop where I went, I was told that two of the regular tires were no longer good Last week I changed my winter tires for the regular ones. At the tire shop where I went, I was told that two of the regular tires were no longer good and needed replacement. The next morning I went to my BMW dealership to see if the cost of the 2 tires could be covered through my protection package. I was directed to Jeff Pegg, who in a very friendly and professional way discussed the situation and options with me, preparing things to be fixed as we went along (no need of appointments or any special requirements form his part). He was very understanding and advised on applying the protection package if it could be confirmed that the condition of the 2 busted tires fell under the protection package, which was the way the problem got resolved. Jeff proved to be very diligent, accessible, and focused on solving the issue at hand. I will definitely look for him for future car services. More
Service is a scam to extort money on fake repairs I have always had my car serviced at BMW of Rochester Hills. This latest time I was applauded and feel like I was involved in a scheme to extort money I have always had my car serviced at BMW of Rochester Hills. This latest time I was applauded and feel like I was involved in a scheme to extort money from me for unneeded repairs. I agreed to have regular maintenance items done and then a full inspection completed for my 75K service checkup. They of course did all the maintenance repairs prior to calling me and telling me I needed to replace my upper and lower oil pan gaskets and the oil pump as they were leaking. They also told me that I needed to replace the battery that they just replaced 2 ½ years ago that was no longer under warranty and those repairs alone were 6200.00. I immediately refused. They came back to me and said BMW said they would assist in the repairs and now the priced dropped to 3K. I said I still didn’t want to spend the money and asked if I traded the car in, what would they give me. The service rep came back saying the used car manager said with the needed repairs, they wouldn’t even want my car as a trade in and to check Kelly Blue Book. REALLY??? You don’t want a 30K car because of a 3K repair?? That is how you treat a BMW customer?? So then I decided to take my car to another repair facility that specializes in European automobiles. They ran a Die Test and said the oil pans were not leaking at all and the only thing leaking was a Vacuum pump which cost 1800.00 to fix. The other overwhelming RED FLAG is that when I picked up my car from BMW, there was no write up on the oil leak what-so-ever. I reached back out to the service rep and asked for it in writing and never got a response. That dealer has a scam going on and because of that, BMW just lost a customer for life. I would like to add that I think a refund on the maintenance repairs should be refunded to me as they should have contacted me about the other “major” repairs before doing anything to this car. More
Recommend this place for service. Very arrogant staff, pompous egoistic and snobbish that they work at BMW. Will not help you unless you are buying a car from them. I had taken my 2006 BMW in for a check-up cause my mileage dropped several points. (report reads: acceleration and gas mileage have dropped please diagnose) 1. The representative when I went in was very arrogant made me wait for about 15-20 minutes even though he wasn't busy with another customer. 2. He suggested I do the diagnosis which should help me find my problem. 3. To run a simple OBD-II and a test drive they kept the car overnight. The next day I recievd a text from the representative that my car was done when I asked what was wrong he explained in a short text. When I asked him few more questions he was arrogant and rude by saying I can do "whatever I want with my car" Bottom line I paid $137 for a car wash & they couldn't find anything wrong with my car and said my oil pan gasket was leaking and that had nothing to with the drop in mileage. He didn't even take a minute to explain the report. I did some research on bimmer forums that MAF sensor may need some cleaning. I did that and boom everything was back to normal. Update : 2/3/2017 Don Cole got in touch with me and apologized for what happened. He offered to return the money since I wasn't satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend this dealership since they have high quality standards. More
