Top notch advisor I had been researching pre-owned BMW X3's for 3 months covering an area from Chicago, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Detroit, to Cleveland and have spoken o I had been researching pre-owned BMW X3's for 3 months covering an area from Chicago, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Detroit, to Cleveland and have spoken or worked with a number of advisors. I finally settled on a car at Rochester Hills BMW. Being 3 1/2 hrs drive I had to conduct most business over email and the web. I was shocked and skeptical of the "no haggling" claim, but with 3 mos of research I knew it was a deal. Prompt and helpful responses from Mr. Sands warranted further investigation.
