Patient and Kind Personal Assistance Our sales representative, Tonya Murray, was so patient over two weeks while we traveled and tried to decide what to do with our special Mini Cooper th Our sales representative, Tonya Murray, was so patient over two weeks while we traveled and tried to decide what to do with our special Mini Cooper that we had purchased 10 years ago from the same dealership. She let us test drive several convertibles, was sensitive to our need to get back to her later, listened to our top priorities, explained the ins and outs of leading vs buying, and I think she worked way past her normal time to get our new car ready for us to take home. She also arranged the trade in with the now separate Mini Cooper dealership, took photos of us with our old car and pried the specialty plate off to make sure our new 230i convertible could go home with us on a Saturday. There was no pressure. Just helpfulness. And her follow up throughout the whole process was personal and caring. Before we drove off, she explained all the bells and whistles on our new car and made sure she answered our questions. It was a wonderful experience in every way. More
