Top notch customer experience from order to delivery! Just took delivery of my second 4 series coupe from David and the Rochester Hills BMW team! I leased my original 435i from David at RH BMW back in 2014 and the experience was the best dealership experience that I have had in 25 years of buying and leasing luxury vehicles. Myself being employed in the competitive auto industry, I am constantly aware of the need to delivery a special customer experience and David and the RH BMW team hit the mark. Tough situation made good We had problems with my wife's previous vehicle which was nearing the end of it's lease. With great care and empathy for her situation (I was out of the country), David was able to transition her to the new vehicle she wanted without financial penalty.
