He was incredibly flexible, much more so than other dealers I had worked with in the past. He was also very transparent, and the actual negotiation process was not the typical 'black box' process that many dealers employed. We openly discussed all of the pertinent lease terms, and I am sure that both parties walked away feeling that we got a fair deal. I ended up choosing to lease a 2013 5 Series and Erick's team did an excellent job getting me up to speed on the latest features and functionality; a lot had changed since I purchased my last car (2011 335xi). It should also be noted that they had a 5 Series on their lot that very closely replicated the exact car I was planning to order, which was obviously very convenient. This speaks to the inventory that they carry, which was very impressive. The dealership's new sales manager, Matthew Vazana, was also extraordinarily friendly and easy to deal with. He even re-opened the dealership on a Sunday so that my fiancee could approve of the car and we could close the deal before we headed to Chicago. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Erick and his whole team to anybody in the market for a new BMW. I couldn't be happier with my car or the overall experience. More

The customer service at Bavarian is incredible. At both locations. I always leave satisfied. The incentives are great, the little tokens of appreciation are awesome ( my BMW umbrella, coffe mug and keys c locations. I always leave satisfied. I recently leased a new BMW X3 through Bavarian BMW and am very happy with the entire experience. My initial contact was a phone call on referral to Matthew Vazana, Bavarian's Sales Manager. Matthew list am very happy with the entire experience. My initial contact was a phone call on referral to Matthew Vazana, Bavarian's Sales Manager. Matthew listened as I described my situation & general vehicle preferences and then suggested the X3 as a good match. This was a vehicle that I wasn't even considering prior to the conversation. He convinced me to give it a second look and invited me to the dealership so I could drive the recently redesigned model and discuss the year end incentives. I missed our set appointment time and stopped by unannounced on the next Friday afternoon - Matthew was very accommodating despite my unexpected arrival. He remembered our phone conversation and introduced me to Erick Grabruck, a member of his sales team. Erick was great - very personable and knowledgable about the car. He accompanied my husband and I on a test drive and walked us through a few features unique to the vehicle - comparing & contrasting to the 3 series that I was driving at the time. Erick was patient as we discussed our options and preferences for the new lease - it was a non-pressure environment which I truly appreciated. Once we identified exactly what we wanted on the car - I gave Erick our target for a monthly payment amount which he respected and successfully met.... so we signed a purchase agreement immediately. Matthew & Erick then worked together to modify a vehicle already on order - which meant that I got the exact car that I wanted in the most efficient manner possible. As we waited for the X3 to be built and shipped - Erick and I were in contact periodically regarding it's status, etc. He was responsive whenever I reached out to with any type of question or inquiry. He let me know as soon as the vehicle arrived and we scheduled a delivery for the next week. The delivery went smoothly - Erick greeted me, showed me the X3 and then introduced me to the finance manager who explained all of the lease details and even modified the agreement for me on the spot when I asked to increase the annual mileage. Following the paperwork - Erick took me through all of the vehicle features, helped me to pair my Bluetooth for the phone and answered any remaining questions that I had. In sum - I left the dealership feeling positive about the entire experience. Erick followed up with a phone call a couple of days later just to ensure that I was still happy with the vehicle. It's been a week since I picked up the X3 and I have no regrets - I love the car and look forward to working with the Bavarian team again for future vehicles. More

It literally took their sales person 5 days to return my call at one point in considerations between 2 different models and options. This experience prompted me to consider what I never believed I would. Broadening my options. You see, I am from a family eligible for GMS. I went to "Range, Lex, and Ben" (obscured again, lol) and I was simply unimpressed. So I thought, maybe back to the "Cad." I was at that point tired of the fast talk and annoyed undertones of various salesmen. My last stop would be just that. I called Bavarian BMW to see if they would be open on my Saturday off and was connected to Mr. Frank Sands. He invited me to the dealership and obliged my time constraint. I arrived early and although he was wrapping up his previous appointment, he found time to welcome my son and I and make sure we were comfortable as we looked around prior to the appointment. Frank was patient and thorough in his explanation of options and cost. By the end of our meeting, I felt well informed and not rushed. Not to mention, the 5 series is undeniably and literally an exhilarating machine to drive. Aesthetically, the car is just sexy to look at. 1 week later, I returned and ordered a BMW to my specifications. Bottom line, I did not know that this type of customer service existed. The manager there was also very professional and friendly. Thank you Frank, for showing my wife that white 6 series as well! (not! lol) But seriously, thank you sir for your outstanding professionalism! More

I live in cleveland and this dealership was out in michigan ohio which is like almost 4 hours away. They all the paper work ready by the time i got for me by the time i got there and i was in and out in less then an hour. More
