The past two years have been financially very difficult for me and as a result my credit score and savings account both suffered greatly. I was concerned about my ability to lease another car, although I have been a BMW consumer for 10 years, I am also aware we live in the world of the bottom line. The staff a BMW Rochester were OUTSTANDING! There was no judgment or belittling and the sale team as a whole, went out of their way to make happy. I felt like family. Just based on the service I received on December 1, 2014, I will be a BMW consumer for life! I can’t thank them enough for what was done for me.
