Second to none! I went to two different BMW dealers one of which I have worked with before. I don't know what was in the air, but I could not get any proper assistan I went to two different BMW dealers one of which I have worked with before. When the dust settled, I have a great new car and Brad has a client for life. More

Best Dealer Experience Ever! First Time Electronaut!!!! After renting and test driving all kinds of hybrid electric cars, and visiting 3 dealerships.... I finally made a decision to purchase the BMW i3.... After renting and test driving all kinds of hybrid electric cars, and visiting 3 dealerships.... I finally made a decision to purchase the BMW i3.... I emailed BMW of Rochester Hills for the BMW i3 Extended Test Drive, I promptly received an answer from Mary Anne Curcuru, the Client Services Coordinator whom stated that the Extended Test Drive Program had expired, but she invited me to stop by the dealership to meet Mr. David Griffin assuring me that he would take great care of me because he's the "i Model GURU" and He Know's Everything about That Car! That's all I needed to hear! Mary then provided a direct number to David and I was there in 45 minutes after speaking to him! Mr. Griffin then spent over an hour with me answering questions and providing information to me about each & everything I wanted to know concerning the car I wanted, with a detailed explanation. David plated up a new BMW i3 GIGA and we took a ride in it in very cold weather conditions. Not one time did I feel rushed about, or pushed into anything..... David Simply Knows His Stuff! I felt comfortable with my final purchasing decision even without the range extender option, because David took time to show me how each mode worked in slow motion which put my range anxieties to rest lol! I'll cut my review short with this final note "David Griffin and everybody that David personally introduced me to that worked on my financing package including Bob, the dealerships customer chauffeur whom picked me and my mother up to take possession of our new BMW i3 welcomed me into the Rochester BMW Family" Everything about that dealership including the the service people in it is "something kinda special" in a great way, and even the coffee is Just that good too!
