What a positive experience working with Riverside BMW! Everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was informed, polite and respectful. I received prompt service over the internet. Roland Clark really worked with me to give me the car I wanted at a fair price. He was easily available by phone and internet. He had my car ready for me within 24 hours and Candice Hagen assisted me in getting from the train station to the dealership! Much appreciated. The dealership held to the price they quoted me online - no surprises. The car was ready for me when I arrived. The dealership is lovely and a pleasure to spend time at. The finance manager, CC Lasrades was courteous and helpful. Roland Clark took the time to explain all the features on the car so I was knowledgeable before I left the lot. I drove home to San Diego feeling satisfied with the buying experience for a wonderful car. I received a follow-up call from Roland Clark the next day to make sure I had gotten home safely, see how the car was working and to answer any questions. An excellent experience from start to finish at Riverside BMW! More
People aren't stupid Bmw of Riverside. Buyers know eventually if they got a good deal or not since there are over one million bmw drivers out there just on the 3 series. Maybe BMW Riverside should try to stop ripping people off and try the honest approach once in their life so you won't end up with ratings like the ones I am giving you. It is sad to know that I have bought 4 bmws in three years and my fifth bmw had to be from BMW of Riverside with payments that does not even make sense whether you have good credit or not. I have over 720 credit score and I also have a porsche and a maserati .. purchased and not leased. I have bought one or two cars every year for the last five years and I have to say that BMW of Riverside has the worst prices and the worst and dishonest business practices. Person to person service is just okay, but good luck trying to make a deal which will eventually take over five hours just to buy a car from them. They ask you for the prices you want on the car, so you give it to them, and when they come back after they speak with their 'manager,' they come back with ridiculous prices that came out of space. It was no where near the prices I had quoted or they had quoted over the phone before I got to the dealer. More

They agreed to replace my tire free of charge, deliver the vehicle to me, and included a gift card. It's unfortunate that I had to use the internet as a means of getting justice, but clearly persistence pays off. As a consumer - do what you have to do so that you are not strong-armed! I appreciate that BMW of Riverside finally agreed to resolve the MANY issues I encountered with them, but am still disappointed that I had to go to such great measures to get results. I advise you to heed warning, and closely read the reviews of the others. Today was again another unfortunate experience. It started in '08 when I bought my 328i. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door - at 5pm. I called beforehand, (I buy a lot of cars, I know the drill) asked if any of the models equivalent to the model offered in the leasing special were available, and was advised they had "several". An appointment was set for 5pm. We arrived on time. We were greeted by some woman from the marketing department. She went through some sales pitch, and 30 minutes later we were still waiting for a salesman. I was ready to leave when he finally arrived. Paulo was professional, curteous, and to the point. He's the only reason I stayed. I told him what I was looking for, and naturally I was led to the 500's, a larger engine, etc. Ended up it was because they didn't have the car I wanted. SHOCKER! We spent an hour driving around Riverside to their "overflow" lots, and they didn't have a single one. (Come to think of it, wouldn't they have just been capable of looking at a list of inventory instead of making us drive around all night?) After a good hour, I was advised they had a car with 600 miles on it they could sell at the price-point I was looking for, and that it qualified for their lease special. Wa-hoo! So the back/forth began with pricing. Seeing as my husband had 10+ years experience as a car salesman, we knew what to look for. (Their lease specials forget to advise that there is close to $4,000 in tax, title and license fees you have to cough-up, albeit I was prepared. Look for the fine print!) So round and round we went. After putting $4,500 down on my base 328i, my payment was $550/month. Were they nuts? I BOUGHT a Hummer for $41,000, paying less than that a month, with $800 down vs. $4,500 down, and this was a lease? Insanity! So I got up to leave - I didn't want to play the games. Then came the, "So what price were you looking to pay?" After 30 more minutes, my payment magically reduced to $430/month. What a joke! Come to find out my payment should have been about $60 less a month because of the large down-payment I made. So I'm ready to sign on the dotted line. I'm ready to walk out the door with my new car. You know how it is... The feeling of instant gratification. You part with 4K+, you want your baby NOW! Then WHOOAAA... Here it comes! So after I sign on the dotted line, it ends up the car I want to lease can't be leased. Apparently it has too many miles. Huh? So magically, (and I mean MAGICALLY) it ends up they have a car just like it being delivered the next day. Isn't it ironic no one knew this HOURS ago, when I was told repeatedly they didn't have the car I was looking for and should just buy a more expensive one? I'm told they will deliver it and everything. So I buy. It's now after 9pm. My car gets delivered the next day. Lo and behold, it doesn't have the options I purchased. No bluetooth - being my biggest concern. I have to hire an attorney to get the car I paid for, and threatened non-payment for breach of contract. Only THEN, (3 days later) did they agree to send someone out to install a seperate unit, because doing it factor would "cost too much", and they'd "lose money on the car". That's my problem HOW? These people were violent and VILE! And ironically, the finance manager played stupid, alleging this was never an option on the car, however I had a 30 minute conversation with him that night about his wife, her car, and how that was her favorite feature. It never ends. Today I got a flat, and Rebecca from service said it was covered under 50K miles, NO FEE, only to get it towed there and find out it's $213.84. I called to advise what had transpired, and Ted, the Service Manager, insisted the conversation didn't occur. After repeating in verbatum, (seeing as this woman had this SAME conversation with my husband and his assistanct) he finally apologized profusely, being "embarassed". He promised to make it up to me, begging for another opportunity to rectify things. So I hung-up to realize my car was 14 miles across town with a flat, and asked that they return it. But of course the kind words turned into verbal abuse, and now it's "MY PROBLEM". I even called BMW North America to file a complaint. A rep called their dealership personally from corporate to ask that they return the car and they refused. Moral? Their mistakes = YOUR problem! Stay away if you're smart! This will be a never-ending nightmare for you. More
I have for the last 15+ years purchase cars from Porsche, Mercedes and Infiniti. The experience I had with my first BMW purchase is nothing short of outstanding. I felt that Tye, Chris and Roland (sales) w Mercedes and Infiniti. The experience I had with my first BMW purchase is nothing short of outstanding. I felt that Tye, Chris and Roland (sales) were only concerned about my needs and wants... not about making a quick sell. They were knowledgeable, helpful to the extreme and willing to spend as much time as I cared to abuse. At the end of the day, I ended up with the new BMW I wanted, new friends, and more important...a great and pleasant experience. As the icing on the cake, the price for the car was great and fair. I will buy again from Riverside BMW and highly recomment them. More
Having the worst luck with car dealers. I made a visit to Riverside BMW just yesterday. The salesman was very nice and took all the time in the world to help me and answer my questions. That part was great! When I sat down to talk lease payments is when the experience went south quick. ok, a 2010 BMW m6 with a sticker price of $114,000 they came up with $5,000.00 down payment and my trade in which I am upside down on according to them is $2,797.00 PER MONTH for 36 months on a LEASE!!! And I have perfect credit! That comes out to $105,692.00 to basically rent this car for 3 years, a $114,000.00 car. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! You can go to leasetrader.com and the BMW m6 varies from $1,100.00 per month up to $1,500.00 and there is only 1 for $1,800.00 per month. The whole point of a lease is to pay down the depreciation plus interest.. Perhaps they think I was looking to lease a Bentley? This dealership is one of a kind, from walking in the front door to driving away, the customer service is awesome. Pablo gives a demonstration like no other of the features and driving capabilities of the vehicles. The sales team makes the experience effortless and stress free without the high pressure sales tactics, as your typical car dealership does. Cici in finance made the paperwork a breeze while thoroughly explaining the terms of the contract. Thanks to the Pete and Danny, I was able to get a set of wheels, that catch your eye, without breaking the bank. Including some additional features I wanted. Chuck runs a great service department that had the car in and out with the new wheels and extra options, without any delay. If you think you have had a good sales experience, they will show you a great one! Thank you BMW of Riverside!! More

I have been in Customer Service for over 30 years and I have owned 2 Mercedes,1 Nissan and 1 Pontiac however my last two cars have been BMW 7 series and the ride and comfort is outstanding. As consumers, we all have choices however, I choose BMW of Riverside because the staff treats customers the way they would want to be treated.
