I actually had purchased my X5 from BMW of Riverside in August of '09, but that sales experience was excellent. Larry Winkler worked with me to special order a car that had the options that I wanted, rathe August of '09, but that sales experience was excellent. Larry Winkler worked with me to special order a car that had the options that I wanted, rather than just trying to stuff me into something that they had in stock. They didn't even require a deposit from me, and the price they gave me was extremely competitive. Fast forward 2 years later (now): I came in to the dealership to see about obtaining an accessory that should have been in the car when I bought it, but had been omitted somehow; a Smart Phone Integration cable. I spoke to Jim Hutton and explained the situation to him, and Jim directed me to Efrain Ruiz in the parts department. Based on the information I provided and a bit of research Efrain discovered that the part should indeed have been included with the car 2 years ago. With Jim Hutton's approval they ordered the part for me free of charge, and gave my husband a free T-shirt! Now this is really bending over backwards for a customer, I think. I didn't go in demanding anything, and to be honest I really didn't think I was going to get this cable 2 years later for free, even though it should have been there. But they didn't hesitate to take the steps to keep me a happy customer. Excellent experience with BMW of Riverside! More
This is my fifth new BMW purchase from BMW of Riverside. They have always been courteous, helpful, and not pushy with the sale. Whenever I've had a problem with my cars they have always made every effort to fix the problem as fast as possible and provide a loaner car until they get it right. Pablo is the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. I called him to tell him that I might be interested in purchasing a new car, and by the time I got to the dealership that evening he had found the perfect 535i and had it waiting for a test drive. He makes it a pleasure to buy a car every time and knows the answer to any question about the car that you can think of off the top of his head. Based on my experience buying and servicing BMWs in two other states before I moved to California I can tell you that not every BMW dealership is the same. BMW of Riverside is a step above the rest. I recently purchased a limited availability BMW (1M Coupe ~ 800 total for the US) through BMW of Riverside. I called many dealers in March 2011 when this car was released for sale and many treated me very poorly, only wanting to take my deposit money and would not commit to a price until a later date. Some even would not let anyone put a deposit down, and instead said the cars would go to the highest bidder once they arrived. When I called Joe Garcia, he was very up front with me about the allocation process, his availabilty for my needs, and we settled on a configuration and a fair price on the first call. Over the next few months, everything Joe and I agreed upon came true and he even hooked me up with European Delivery (which I understand many dealers would not entertain on this car...due to the extra work). It is now October and I just came back from Europe where I picked up my new 1M Coupe -- configured exactly how I wanted it, delivered when I wanted it, and at a price that was one of the fairest I have heard of for this limited car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership, and in particular Joe Garcia, for anyone who is looking for a new BMW. More

I am very pleased with the way they handled my complaint and the attention they showed to detail. When other dealerships treat their clients bad and without respect, BMW of Riverside is by far the friendliest and highest in customer satisfaction that is hard to find. They will do everything they can to make sure you are 100% happy before you leave their door. Their employees are very friendly, positive, professional and always acknowledge your presence. From the general management to sales/service managers or sales/finance personel, they all do a great job. Special thanks to Chuck, Tye and Mr Naso for taking care of my situation. Took my vehicle to BMW Riverside for service. Was informed that my vehicle needed a fuel filter replacement and fuel injection cleaning! Paid for two diagnosis to figure this out! Before paying the $ informed that my vehicle needed a fuel filter replacement and fuel injection cleaning! Paid for two diagnosis to figure this out! Before paying the $760 for the work, I asked "How sure are you this will fix the problem? I dont want to pay almost $800 and not have a working vehicle." I was told by Tim Burgess, "I am 100% sure this will fix the problem." Paid the money took vehicle home and that same day had the same exact problem! Had to get it towed back to BMW RIVERSIDE, and next day was told the vehicle had bad gasoline! They flushed the tank, and returned it to me a day later! A few hours after picking it up went to fill up my tank and noticed gasoline pouring "not dripping" out from under the vehicle! Drove it back and was told there was a seal not placed properly on the fuel pump that they checked in the second diagnosis! Was called back next day told that all the problems are fixed and my vehicle was again ready. Picked it up and what do you know! Check engine light comes on just a few hours after they had it! This time they keep the car for 4 days! And call me telling me to pay them $2600 to fix the problem! This main problem was not recognized in the original two diagnosis! BMW of Riverside has put me through absolute xxxx! Ive missed work, school, money, and time! I can honestly say they have no idea what they are doing, and they are crazy to think I would hand them over $2600 and fill confident that they would fix the issue! Like Tim and Mike said, they are 100% sure they fixed the problem. Now what! More
