YOU WONT REGRET IT We just purchased a new Space-grey, BMW X535d (sport, tech, and premium upgrades) from the BMW of Riverside dealership in December. I have never rated or posted a review on a single product or service in my life. That all changed the minute I stepped into this dealership. Prior to this, my dad had never considered BMW and we have never owned a BMW. As we pulled up in the parking lot, Mike approached us very graciously and humbly and our first-class treatment started before we could even set foot onto the floor room. Right away, we kicked it off and told him exactly what we were looking for and he brought us keys to the X5 and we went for a test drive. Let me just say that it was not only the best test drive experience I have ever had, but also the best costumer service I ever had. Something that was very refreshing after going to a Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, and Range Rover dealership, Mike was the most animated, most dedicated, and most humble car salesperson I have ever seen (and I have been to A LOT of dealerships). Unlike all the usual talk about wanting to get you a good deal, Mike seemed the most willing and the most knowledgable as to HOW to get a good deal. We had the honor and privilege of working with the Fleet Manager at the dealership (with the help of Mike) in order to get the best deal possible. Once again, I have never seen such amazing costumer service. After having to leave that day, the fleet manager, Rolland was in constant phone communication with me AND my dad in trying to get us the car we wanted. Right away, he was able to locate the car that was inbound to the dealership, brand new from the factory, and he started working on the numbers over the phone. Let me just say that Rolland and Mike worked extremely hard to get us the BEST deal I have ever seen for a car of this beauty. And it's not like they didn't have any other costumers. I visited the dealership 3 times in this process and saw at least a dozen people buying cars each time. I was just blown away by the service we got at the dealership. Rolland even drove up to our home three hours away to get the contract signed. Most of the other dealerships we went to never even called us back to follow-up with us, even when they said they would. Let me visit specifically some points as to why this is the dealership to go to if you haven't already been convinced. 1) Customer Service: Keep in mind that we had gone to Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, and Range Rover before coming to BMW (best for last I say). No where did we get such amazing service as we did at BMW of Riverside. Every dealer is trained to bring or offer you water and coffee and in order to make you feel "at home". What made our visit to BMW special is the unparalleled attention we received (I think I was asked if I wanted water at least 3 or 4 times by different people), and the humble and customer-oriented service. It appalls me how companies (and dealerships) preach that their customer service is the best, where in actuality that is the NOMRAL service a customer should get. The service we got at BMW of riverside was unparalleled. For once, we actually felt like we were at home, not there just for a business deal. That may sound corny to some of you, but trust me, when you experience it, that will be the dealership you will go to for the rest of your life. 2) Quality of Work: Undoubtedly five out of five stars. I would give six if I could. Mike and Rolland worked so hard and meticulously to earn our business with such refined business skills. Our paperwork was done with the utmost diligence and scrutiny (may I also add that I have never been out of a dealership faster with a new car and paperwork signed). When it was time to detail our car, it was done with the best serve I have ever seen. From the minute we stepped foot into the dealership until the time we left, every one conducted themselves with professionalism and courtesy. When Rolland had to come up to our place (three hours away) to get the contract signed, he came in a suit, just to get three signatures. Other dealers have also come to get contracts signed, never with so much professionalism. 3) Friendliness: You would think that you would have seen the best of the best already, having been to a lot of luxury car dealers. Nope. The friendliness of the staff (not just Mike and Rolland) was extremely vibrant. Everyone had a smile on their face and it was clear what their number one goal was: to make the customer happy. Every time I called or when we came to the dealership, we were greeted with warm welcomes; not the usual BS welcomes that you get that have a "lets make a deal" undertone to them. 4) Overall experience: Lets just say this. My dad, who never considered BMW before this (who I had to convince to try) is now BMW customer for life. Guaranteed. 5) Price and Product: Every one has different experiences, but the kind of efforts that were made to get us a good deal were amazing. Keep in mind we are talking about BMW, a very reputable company. They could have easily skipped over us and sold the car to the other dozen people there. That is the difference between this dealership and the others. Humility. From the beginning there goal was to make us happy and to earn our business. And they did. Let's just say we got a pretty NICE deal (sticker was 70k). My friends dad bought a Mercedes C350 (which was about 40-45k sticker) for the same financing period (72 months; and he put money down) and we are paying one hundred dollars LESS than them per month. You do the math. And we are talking about a fully-loaded X5 with the sports activity package upgrade, technology package upgrade, and premium package upgrade. To be honest with you though, this vehicle out did all its competitors (Mercedes ML and GL450,550 & Audi Q7 & Porsche Cayenne and the Range Rover) for us in the overall weight of luxury, performance, durability, handling, quality, size, and price. OVERALL: If you are looking for a BMW, or looking for a new car and are unsure of what to get, BMW of Riverside is beyond worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. They earned by business and that of my family for life. Mike, our salesperson was AMAZING and Rolland, the fleet manager who we worked the deal with, was UNPARALLELED. Every one has different experiences and tastes, but this dealership satisfied and exceeded every check point of our evaluation; I am sure it will do the same to yours. From their excellent customer service, huge inventory and fully stocked snacks in the lounge (they have the best cookies!!), this truly is a wonderful dealership and would definitly recommend. Service was impeccable. Pablo worked throught the holiday weekend to find me the exact car I was looking for. Moving up the latter to Jim Hutton General Sales Manager - Another incredible individual, working every angle to make sure i was completely satisfied and happy, most important for me to score a great deal. Ameel - Extremely professional, made me feel as family, didn't mind speaking to me and my brother regarding our experience and just shoot the breeze. I can go on and on in describing this hot shot sales team but there is only one question to ask everyone out there? Why purchase your BMW anywhere else? In our recent purchase of our X5, we contacted several BMW dealers. What eventually brought us to Riverside which is 50 miles away from our home is their excellent service and their friendless to customer BMW dealers. We were offered a free pickup service since we live so far away and don't have to drive two cars on the way back. After Roland demoed carefully on the keyfeatures of our new X5, he even gave us his cell phone and encourage us to call him back if we have questions later. In all, we are very satisfied with this dealer. If we ever decide to have next car purchase a BMW, we most likely will come to Riverside again. More

Let me start by stating that this is my 6th experience in purchase of a new car. The previous 5 dealings have included Honda, Chevrolet, Jeep, Volvo, & Ford. With ample car-buying experience as background on which to project this review, I will say that this was by FAR the most pleasant, hospitible, stress-free, costumer-service oriented dealership I have ever experienced. My sincere thanks to Tye & Pablo for making this a seamless & pleasant new car purchase. Their consummate professionalism and extraordinary level of customer-service raises the bar of client loyaly and places BMW of Riverside far ahead of any dealership I have witnessed. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. If you are shopping elsewhere, you are wasting your time and should indulge yourself in the unique and pleasant experience that this dealership provides. More

I took a test drive and was given a thorough presentation of the vehicle by the most knowledgeable sales consultants (Pablo) I have ever encountered. Having shopped a few BMW Dealers local to my home in Atlanta, I decided to purchase my 328i from BMW Riverside. The service was top notch, staff was knowledgeable beyond expectations, and they were able to work me a deal I couldn't find anywhere else. Their follow-up has also exceeded my expectations. BMW Riverside called to see if I had any questions and to make sure the car is meeting my expectations. Overall - I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. More
I have been buying cars for 31 years and this was the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had.
