My issue with the service department is with my service advisor (Ernie). I used the BMW site to text and leave messages for my service advisor who basically ghosted me and not replied to my texts or voic advisor (Ernie). When I picked up my car he did not acknowledge me and a previous service advisor who helped me in the past advised me my car was ready and to proceed to cashier to pay my $7,000 repair. Although it was expensive I have no complaints with the workmanship. More
Good afternoon my experience with this dealership is terrible because I called and I made an appointment to buy a car and Mr. Charles Arroyo that same day of my appointment called me to confirm and I dr terrible because I called and I made an appointment to buy a car and Mr. Charles Arroyo that same day of my appointment called me to confirm and I drove 2:30 literally for nothing because as soon as I arrived it turned out that they already sold the car and they wanted to sell me another one when I was decided to buy it the man named JR was the one who wanted to attend to me but he knew that I was going to see that car and he didn’t worry about letting me know that they no longer had it and they made me drive and waste my time it’s not a serious dealership I don’t recommend it More
BMW Riverside service department is terrible! We have two BMWs and have never had a service without an issue. First on my wife’s car we were charged for a windshield wiper replacement. When we picked up the car, the old blades had been removed, but new ones were never put on. Next, the car was in for a windshield replacement and we were told the body shop would take it to service for a required brake fluid replacement under warranty. The body shop had the car for almost 2 months (some other parts were replaced due to rock damage) and we were told the service had been completed. It had not. When we picked up the car, we found that the work hadn’t been done so we took it over to service. They wanted to charge us over $300 as the warranty had expired. Recently we took our X5 in for the cross traffic warning not working and a loud thunk in the frame. Of course, they “could not replicate” the problem, despite it occurring several times a day. When I asked them to demonstrate that the cross-traffic alert was working, nobody at the dealership even knew how it was supposed to work. I had to call a BMW engineer in Atlanta to explain the parameters of when it would alert (and he admitted it did not work well as they designed it so it would reduce “false alerts”.) It is useless. Recently we had the X5 in for brakes and a rear windshield wiper. When we dropped off the car they said our tires needed replacing (at over $2300). We elected NOT to have it done. When we picked up the car, the bill stated the wiper was replaced. You guessed it, it hadn’t. I’ve called the dealer several times and the service department does not answer the phone. You have to leave a message. I’ve left messages for both the service manager and assistant service manager and have never received a call-back. I have also taken the car to two tire shops and both said the tires do not need replacing and have at least another 5k-8k miles left. More
Brought my BMW X7 for routine maintenance. Ernie was very hospitable and thorough. I was offered a loaner as the X7 had a recent recall. Checking out with the cashier to pick up my keys. The entire process and experience was awesome. Great, clean facility. Nice and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back. More
