I first called the office in Riverside to find out how costly it would be to have my husband's car serviced after not having it serviced for the past two years. I spoke with Fabian and he was most helpfu costly it would be to have my husband's car serviced after not having it serviced for the past two years. I spoke with Fabian and he was most helpful and very pleasant, to which I made an appointment for the following Saturday. When I entered the facility I was directed to Mr. Nicholas Cappellano, who evaluated my car and made every effort to make sure I was well cared for and happy with the service. That day I had a complete review of my car and an oil change; I then found out that the car needed quite a bit of servicing. Mr. Cappellano broke down the fees for me and began the process for setting me up with various appointments, beginning and friendly with the most necessary services first. Again, the next service (a tune up-spark plugs), was to be completed the following Saturday. Mr. Cappellano, as promised not only broke down the services line by line, but he included the prices and took special care to make sure that I understood all that it entailed. Because of his dillengent and friendly service I decided that regardless of the pricing, I would continue to bring my car back. On my visit the team also took the initive to wash and vaccum my car. After making a detour from going to MB because the sales rep at BMW gave me some solid numbers on an X3, I spent over 2 hours at BMW Riverside. We reached a deal and they said they would need to have car delivered from a different dealership but if not they would find a comparable vehicle. Also asked if I would put a deposit but I said I'd wait until car secured. I was shown a signed paper by the salesperson from his manager that the deal was solid. Left waiting for a call the next morning. Nobody calls. I called multiple times and finally was told they were still trying to work the trade. All day same game, hang in there , we're working on it. Finally that evening, I was told that the deal was off and they can't get that car or anything similar. The deal was a loser and they can't lose that kind of money? My thought, Why make the deal then? They said they were trying to move cars for Nov and month over, to which I responded that it was the last day of the month so I'd give my credit card to lock in for Nov. No luck. They also said they can't get car, so I offered to place a deposit and order the vehicle with same specifications as the one we dealt on. No luck. Very disappointing that dealership wasted my night on Friday and all day Saturday; but even worse the lack of integrity to honor a deal. I'm posting this because they have a testimonail on their website from this site. Hoping someone reads this and reconsiders, as any dealership who cares about reputation would want to make customers happy. Even more reason, I think when an agent of your organization communicates to a client, you need to honor that. Will be reaching out to GM and BMW NA for further resolution. More

I entered into a purchase agreement with this dealer at a price they offered me to purchase their BMW X5. We prepared all of the paperwork, gave them my Visa card number to hold the vehicle. I withdrew my down payment from my bank, made an appointment to be at the dealership the next morning to complete the transaction. Received a call from the sales manager prior to leaving my house and was told the vehicle was sold at 8:00 pm the night before. He claimed the car was gone, driven off the lot. This dealer is not reputable or honest in their commitment to me as a customer. I sensed from the demeanor of the conversation, this action probably was a lie. They probably offered me a sales price, which I accepted, and then they changed their mind. I can not recommend this dealer. BAIT & SWITCH. Vary disappointed with this. Now they have tainted any other possible dealings with another BMW dealer. I have in the past felt that BMW corporation probably held their dealers to a higher standard. More
I honestly expected that I would test drive the BMW that I was interested in and fall in love, only to find out that it was too expensive for me. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when my Client Adviser Mark Decker brought me a preliminary deal with a very fair offer on my trade-in, a reasonable price for the new car, as well as a couple of extras that I had mentioned were important to me in a new car purchase. As good as the deal was, I wasn't ready to buy that day. I wasn't given the usual line of, "If you walk out the door today, I can't guarantee that you'll get the same offer when you come back." I have experienced that tactic at other car dealers, and found it to be very intimidating. I returned the next day with my car all cleaned out and my pink slip in hand. Not only was the same deal still good, but they were willing to continue to negotiate with me and I ended up with an even better deal than the day before. In the end I felt like it was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased over a dozen cars in the last 30 years. I would recommend BMW of Riverside to anyone interested in buying "The Ultimate Driving Machine". More
