I entered into a purchase agreement with this dealer at a price they offered me to purchase their BMW X5. We prepared all of the paperwork, gave them my Visa card number to hold the vehicle. I withdrew my down payment from my bank, made an appointment to be at the dealership the next morning to complete the transaction. Received a call from the sales manager prior to leaving my house and was told the vehicle was sold at 8:00 pm the night before. He claimed the car was gone, driven off the lot. This dealer is not reputable or honest in their commitment to me as a customer. I sensed from the demeanor of the conversation, this action probably was a lie. They probably offered me a sales price, which I accepted, and then they changed their mind. I can not recommend this dealer. BAIT & SWITCH. Vary disappointed with this. Now they have tainted any other possible dealings with another BMW dealer. I have in the past felt that BMW corporation probably held their dealers to a higher standard. More
I honestly expected that I would test drive the BMW that I was interested in and fall in love, only to find out that it was too expensive for me. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when my Client Adviser Mark Decker brought me a preliminary deal with a very fair offer on my trade-in, a reasonable price for the new car, as well as a couple of extras that I had mentioned were important to me in a new car purchase. As good as the deal was, I wasn't ready to buy that day. I wasn't given the usual line of, "If you walk out the door today, I can't guarantee that you'll get the same offer when you come back." I have experienced that tactic at other car dealers, and found it to be very intimidating. I returned the next day with my car all cleaned out and my pink slip in hand. Not only was the same deal still good, but they were willing to continue to negotiate with me and I ended up with an even better deal than the day before. In the end I felt like it was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased over a dozen cars in the last 30 years. I would recommend BMW of Riverside to anyone interested in buying "The Ultimate Driving Machine". More

I have a 2009 750li that I purchased at Beverly Hills BMW, but I do all my services at Riverside BMW. When I purchased my car in dec of 2011 I also purchased an extended warranty. What I didnt know is th BMW, but I do all my services at Riverside BMW. When I purchased my car in dec of 2011 I also purchased an extended warranty. What I didnt know is that since my car wasn't a certified used BMW i didn't have a factory extended warranty. Recently my car started consuming oil and making noise when I turned and also shaking when it was first started up. I took it two riverside BMW and they looked at it and gave me a list of things that ere wrong with it. Bad power steering pump leaky injectors, leaky vacuum oil pump, bad steering proportioning valve block, bad electrical seat massagers, totaling more than 7k. They contacted my extended warranty provider easy care, and they didn't cover anything. I don't recommend them. Darko my service guy contacted corporate explained my situation and BMW took care of all he cost. My car drives like new. I'm a customer for life. Thanks riverside BMW. More
Called to get a quote they were very friendly and tried their best to work with me even though I was younger than the average BMW owner. They were very professional they gave me a very extended and very in their best to work with me even though I was younger than the average BMW owner. After the test drive they gave me a bottom line price without having to haggle with them so I purchased and took the car home same day. The warranty and and price is unsurpassed to any other brand and I'm glad I made my decision. Went from a Benz c350 to a 335i. More
