Do NOT ever go to Riverside BMW. They will convince you to buy and OVERCHARGE you for services you don't need. They convinced me to get the M series brake warranty. Other BMWs charge $600 and can be added if and when you need the service. Riverside BMW charged me upfront $1400. An overcharge of $800!!! Plus I ended up never needing the service. My issue with the service department is with my service advisor (Ernie). I used the BMW site to text and leave messages for my service advisor who basically ghosted me and not replied to my texts or voic advisor (Ernie). When I picked up my car he did not acknowledge me and a previous service advisor who helped me in the past advised me my car was ready and to proceed to cashier to pay my $7,000 repair. Although it was expensive I have no complaints with the workmanship. More
