They've had my car for a month now. I still have no idea when it will be repaired nor what the damage is. As for the service department, they took two weeks to get a new actuator in for my driver's side door. The door does once again lock and unlock, but now the window thunks when it rolls down. It's easy to give a good review when there's nothing wrong with your car or when you've just bought the car you've wanted. However, the rubber hits the road when things are less than perfect. "I don't know. You need to ask someone else" says everything that needs to be said about this dealership, its service department, and its affiliated collision center. More
