Following up on ads I was introduced to BMW of Riverside and talked on the telephone to René Orellana - I had a client lunch scheduled in Corona. René checked his inventory and produced exactly what I was looking for, plus a few extras. Great experience We stopped in to check out the new BMW 4 series. The sales team at BMW Riverside was helpful. They asked us if we needed help and were not pushy. When we had a question about one of the cars Renee was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of our questions. We decided on the 440, filled out some quick paperwork, then a few minutes later were in finance and then out the door. It was really a great hassle free experience. Upon delivery of the vehicle we noticed a blemish on the hood. We made an appointment to bring back the next day and they gave us a rental. The following day the car was ready and we were again on our way. We had a great experience with the service department as well. More
