They even deliver the car to my doorstep. After my previous two experiences this was a pleasure. This was my 20th BMW and by far the best experience I’ve ever had in buying one. I purchased 2018 740LI from BMW Riverside. I dealt with Matthew in the beginning and Mark Decker thru the entire process. While traveling we discovered bubbles in the sidewalls of 2 tires on my wife's 640 gran coupe. I called BMW of Riverside and spoke to John Horgan. He sent someone with a beautiful loaner, and picked up the 6 2 tires on my wife's 640 gran coupe. I called BMW of Riverside and spoke to John Horgan. He sent someone with a beautiful loaner, and picked up the 640. The tires and alignment were done in "record time" and they even offered to deliver it. We drove the loaner back and toured a beautiful dealership with the general manager Chuck Hughes. We even met the parts manager, Pete Valentine. We were treated like royalty.
