I purchased 2018 740LI from BMW Riverside. I dealt with Matthew in the beginning and Mark Decker thru the entire process. Both were very helpful in answering all of my questions, respectful and not pushy. Matthew in the beginning and Mark Decker thru the entire process. Both were very helpful in answering all of my questions, respectful and not pushy. In the end, Mark drove the car to me 2.5 hours from dealership and picked up my trade...what service!!!! On top of all of that, both Matthew and Mark are really nice people. I highly recommend them. More
While traveling we discovered bubbles in the sidewalls of 2 tires on my wife's 640 gran coupe. I called BMW of Riverside and spoke to John Horgan. He sent someone with a beautiful loaner, and picked up the 6 2 tires on my wife's 640 gran coupe. I called BMW of Riverside and spoke to John Horgan. He sent someone with a beautiful loaner, and picked up the 640. The tires and alignment were done in "record time" and they even offered to deliver it. We drove the loaner back and toured a beautiful dealership with the general manager Chuck Hughes. We even met the parts manager, Pete Valentine. We were treated like royalty. Hats off to BMW of Riverside, there is no place like it! More

mislead by service tech/charged 201.50 for 2 pictures You'll notice most of the positive reviews are for the sales department. Their service department is a different story. I would avoid taking your BMW to this dealer for service like the plague particularly if you have an older vehicle.IMHO I was quoted $201.50 to charge my A/C system and diagnose problems. They gave me 2 pics. One of my compressor that had a small amount of 'weeping' on the compressor seal and the other of my radiator fan which they stated was not wired correctly. I was told they couldn't charge the A/C because of the leak. It wasn't a 'leak'. It could have been charged and tested for leaks elsewhere on the system. In order to test the A/C I was told I would need a new compressor at $3900 plus labor and around $700 to recharge the system and then perform a diagnosis. By the way an OEM compressor can be purchased for $300 to $400 on the high end. I guess with our pandemic sales are down and service is trying to make up the difference. When I questioned their veracity I was accused of trying to dupe them. Truly amazing. Again, avoid their service department at all costs IMHO. 1987 BMW L6 More
I’ve been coming to BMW of Riverside for over five years. The service manager i usually go to was out on paternity leave so I was assigned to another one who shattered all my confidence in BMW. He recommended things but didn’t verify them on my car. The things he told me and the things that were written on my service receipt were completely different. Not only that, but they inspected my front brakes and then over torqued the bolt (i have spacers in the front and they didn’t pay attention to them) so now I need to get a new hub. Honestly, will never come back here again after this experience. More
