While you were here for quite a while, a majority of this time was spent negotiating. We were able to get you $7,500 off MSRP and an additional $9,900 in rebates, so we'd say this extra time was well worth it for you. During the paperwork process, there were four separate documents that you signed acknowledging the protection products. We include these products in that many documents, so they're not overlooked. 80% of our vehicles are leased, and the majority of customers choose to protect their vehicle with products like this, as it's certainly normal for luxury buyers to invest in their vehicle's appearance.
