Beware of this dealer When I leased a new BMW iX from this dealer last year, I trusted that a BMW approved dealer would be professional and honest. I did not expect to discover after closing undisclosed this dealer last year, I trusted that a BMW approved dealer would be professional and honest. I did not expect to discover after closing undisclosed charges for unnecessary add-ons that were not explained or given an option to opt out during negotiations. More specifically, I was charged $1,995 for Eckbond and $1,195 for 3M Protective Film to protect the paint of a car I was leasing for 3 years. Why would a reasonable car leaser agree to pay almost $3,200 to protect the paint of a car that they don’t own and is being leased for only 3 years? When I drove down to BMW of Riverside one day to have my old car valued for trade-in, I did not expect to spend 6 hours at the dealer waiting for paperwork. When I got there, they offered the best trade in value if I got the new car the same day. When I agreed to proceed, I disclosed that I am a late-stage cancer patient and I cannot spend too much time at the dealer. I was assured thing will progress rapidly. The negotiations for the trade in and new car were fairly quick with most time spent on me trying to get push for a $7,500 discount on the new car which I found out later that the amount I got was what the standard discount offered by the manufacturer at that time. Nonetheless, at no time during the negotiations, was I told about adding on Eckbond and 3M film for almost $3,200 for a car I was leasing for 3 years. Most time was spent waiting for paperwork. When it got to the fourth hour after agreeing on the price, I started getting desperate as I needed to get home to take my medications. It was about 6 hours being at the dealer before the documents were ready for signing. By that time, I was anxious to get it done and get home. So, I pretty much signed any document presented to me, mainly trusting that I was dealing with a BMW approved dealer and I will not find any surprises. Several months after closing, I discover these charges for Eckbond and 3M film for almost $3,200 for a car I am leasing for 3 years. Of course, it is my fault for signing without reviewing, but I trusted BMW of Riverside and I wasn’t dealing with a makeshift neighborhood used car lot. After all, I was buying a car costing almost $100K from a BMW authorized dealer so I expected them to be professional, straightforward and honest. When I contacted them, they pretty much said it was my fault for signing and everything was disclosed at the time of purchase. Why would I agree to pay $3,200 for a car that I am renting and for only 3 years. I have dealt with other BMW dealers before BMW of Riverside and never had issues like this so I would not recommend this dealer. More

However, I later discovered that the vehicle had undisclosed impact damage, which caused the radar system to fail. The dealership attempted one repair, but the issue returned within days. When I brought the vehicle back for further repairs, they refused to fix it and immediately pushed for a buyback instead—without offering a proper resolution. I made it clear that I needed a car, not just a buyback, but the dealership has since stalled negotiations and refused to finalize a fair replacement. Meanwhile, the General Manager has ignored my communications entirely, leaving me with no choice but to escalate this to BMW Corporate, the DMV, and the Attorney General’s office. I expected transparency and integrity when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned BMW, but my experience with BMW of Riverside has been nothing short of disappointing. Buyers should be aware of these unethical sales practices and lack of accountability. More

Took my X5 in for an oil change and a couple of warranty concerns. My Service Rep. (Sergio) always does an outstanding job of making sure I am taken care of in a timely manner with a very pleasant demeanor. concerns. My Service Rep. I appreciate that the service department provides me with a loaner so that I don't have to wait for the car. That's the way to take care of your customers so they will come back and buy again!!!! I had a problem with my tire that I bought it for less than one week in the tire. It's defective by the manufacturer and when I go to the dealer, nobody tried to hold me. Everybody refused to help me on it and they offered me to sell me their tire on their own cost so that way they're not gonna replace the tire for me and when I was there, I tried to speak to the managers in the GM of the store and all the employees said there is no manager in the store as of today and they will give you a call back. I tried to leave my phone number to call me in the next day. Nobody called me until now and it's been one week. So I really don't write you reviews in general but this dealership let me sell my car the next and day i hated the car and i get rid of it So I hope my review help people who gonna walk to to this dealership because the gm and the mangers are Not doing the job, right More
