My experience at Ridgefield BMW was AWESOME! to say the least, Right from the start, gariel treated me like a valued customer and an all star. Gabriel Ruiz was a great salesman. He was honest, knowledgeable and a gentlemen. He went over the car I wanted from A to Z and explained everything to my husband and I in a way that was easy for us t knowledgeable and a gentlemen. Because the quantity of cars(2011 BMW328i x-drive sedan w/ manual transmission) are so few, my web search led me to this dealership & David. From the start, he was extremely pleasant to deal with, straight forwarded, asked all the pertinent questions to find the car that fit our needs/interest. He provided good/timely info, answered & explained potential concerns, found(2)cars, and offered them at very reasonable prices . However, my wife couldn't see herself in "another Black" car, since she has been driving "Black" for the past (12) years. David offered us a third car (Silver); however, it came with more options then we desired. Although we didn't end up purchasing our BMW from David, this is the only positive review I will be posting. After talking with Ken Ly about my 'wants and needs' he found me a car that met all of my expectations. I bought a certified pre-owned BMW with extremely low mileage and it was in excellent condition. I worked closely with Kelly Grant throughout the buying process. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I have my car for nearly a year now. I have tripled the mileage without any issues. I have never loved my long commute but I do love my car and I really enjoy driving it, so I'm a much happier commuter. Ken and Kelly, thank you! More
