Service department was more worried about trying to sell me tires rather then addressing my original issues. Not a single sales employee, including one of the managers could help identify a warning light t me tires rather then addressing my original issues. The entire process from initial visit to car delivery was fantastic. James did an excellent job of understanding our needs and working with us to not only find the car but the financial package that best fi fantastic. He then took the time to explain all the workings of the car, the capabilities of the service department and the dealership and continually followed up to make sure we were satisfied. After about a week we had a problem with the Satellite radio. Called James, he got us in immediately and had it fixed (needed an update) in less than 10 minutes. Definitely will recommend James and Ridgefield BMW to all my friends. More
