While i was very happy with the salesperson (Kelly Grant), I am having a lot of problem with the used car that i bought from them. I am usually not fond of Car Sales people and initially did not look forward to having to deal with one. James changed all that. He was a pleasure to deal with, was able to answer any questions I had, neve did not look forward to having to deal with one. James changed all that. I had originally dealt with another Sales Person at another BMW dealership and had a terrible experience. I decided to give BMW of Rudgefield a try simply because I wanted a BMW. I had heard that other BMW dealers were not customer friendly but that was not our experience at BMW of Ridgefield.
