I am usually not fond of Car Sales people and initially did not look forward to having to deal with one. James changed all that. He was a pleasure to deal with, was able to answer any questions I had, neve did not look forward to having to deal with one. James changed all that. I had originally dealt with another Sales Person at another BMW dealership and had a terrible experience. I decided to give BMW of Rudgefield a try simply because I wanted a BMW. James was just perfect. I signed a lease for a brand new BMW that day. Thank you!!! More

I had heard that other BMW dealers were not customer friendly but that was not our experience at BMW of Ridgefield.
