When it comes to dishonesty - this dealership defines it. They attempted to force me to purchase a car because they accused me of scratching one of the cars in the lot that they had taken me out to see. I wrote the GM a letter to give them feedback on the unpleasant experience I had who then contacted me via email and asked that we sit down to discuss this. When I said that I was more than willing to meet in person, I never heard back from him. If you're looking for a trust worthy place to purchase or buy a car – my strong recommendation is to look elsewhere. This dealership is definitely not it. Update 09/30/12: After this post I was contacted by the management of the dealership. To the Principals credit he asked me to come down and discuss what had occurred with him. I did and there was agreement that the dealership staff could have dealt with the situation better. What is reasonably encouraging is that they were willing to listen to feedback. On the whole I am still very cautious about this dealership though – if another interaction is required we will see if anything will have changed (I still own and plan on keeping my 3 series BMW; in addition I am still on the market for another car). While i was very happy with the salesperson (Kelly Grant), I am having a lot of problem with the used car that i bought from them.
