James made it a wonderful transition to my new BMW. He was not a salesman he was an educator about the BMW brand. He educated me in what BMW had to offer to meet my specific needs, wants and my price ran was not a salesman he was an educator about the BMW brand. At every point in the process James explained everything is simple language and made me aware of all of my options. In addition, James was easily accessible to answer any questions I had; we used multiple forms of communication from email to telephone calls. He understood that as a teacher I cannot answer the phone so he would email. This demonstrates he was flexible and willing to do whatever it took to meet my needs as a buyer. Because of James' dedication to ensuring that his customers are happy I will be back and stay with BMW. James is a true representation of what I expect from the BMW brand. More

This was a great experience all around. I found a Subaru Outback at a great deal. It was so good I almost bought a second one. The team at BMW of Ridgefield was very attentive. Brian took the time to go over the vehicles and my options. I did end up waiting more than I had expected when I picked up my car. I, too, work in retail and was very impressed with Robert Mahoney. He spent a lot of time with me and we talked through all of the options that were available for the vehicle. He explained the differences between all the vehicles that we test drove and was patient when I asked him detailed questions regarding each vehicle. When I ultimately purchased the vehicle from him, his follow up was excellent and everything was in order when I arrived at the dealership. He called me several times after I drove off with the car to make sure I was happy and that all of my questions were answered. More

I did not give a 5 in all of mine, because of the lack of knowledge of the finace team. Not the end process, he was obviuolsy good, but when something goes slighlty wrong in the process & no one else has an answer and the deal may not happen because of BMW error and not the consumer, than that is a problem & not something the consumer needs, 1 day before the transaction is to occur. Brian was very conscientious in keeping in touch and making sure that I had no questions or concerns with the vehicle. He was able work out a deal that was acceptable to all parties and find an availab making sure that I had no questions or concerns with the vehicle. The service at BMW Ridgefield has increased significantly as we came many years ago and did not find the staff as approachable as we experienced this time. More
