This dealership just gained a new customer in me. When the drivetrain warning light came on in my X3, I had to find a BMW dealership close to my home for service. I had purchased my car from a different dealership, much further away, but unfortunately was not able to get the proper attention to my problem in a timely/convenient manner with that dealership’s service dept. So I called BMW Ridgefield and was able to schedule an appointment which also offered a loaner car while my car was in service. The service department at Ridgefield BMW is literally the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never received friendlier, more professional, caring and efficient service with any vehicle I’ve ever owned. Jessica is particularly amazing - she knows her stuff and took beyond great care of me and my car. I appreciate her and the entire service team - they’re amazing and I’m so grateful. After a lot of back and forth the mgr made the deal work. It did take patience on our end as we were gonna walk away however he decided an error on their part was actually validated as the sales advisor did It did take patience on our end as we were gonna walk away however he decided an error on their part was actually validated as the sales advisor did not know her facts with warranty on CPO cars. Let me DRIVE, I went to turn down a road that would be conducive to the roads that I would drive on so that i could get a fell of the vehicles capabilities, and Dan (sales rep) said don't go that way I h conducive to the roads that I would drive on so that i could get a fell of the vehicles capabilities, and Dan (sales rep) said don't go that way I have a route that i like to go. SO i went along with it. Didn't buy this car from them, but bought the same model, with less miles on it for the same price and the biggest bonus was that the dealership i bought the car from, allowed me to drive the car where i wanted. I ended up doing a 14 mile test drive. when you're spending this kind of money on this kind of car, you need to do more than just kick the tires. More
