Amazing customer service I visited several dealerships in the NJ area and felt like I was just another customer. Other dealerships made purchasing a CPO something of an aftert I visited several dealerships in the NJ area and felt like I was just another customer. Other dealerships made purchasing a CPO something of an afterthought, like it was the customer's responsibility to move the sale forward. I was treated so different from the minute my appointment with Ramon was scheduled. He took the time to text me pictures and a video given my distance away. Everyone at Ridgefield made my purchase feel special and all the steps for purchasing were outlined. We worked through a few things that needed to be fixed on the car and after that it was very easy to drive back to Philadelphia in my new car (which was spotless and beautiful on pick up day). More
