As the other review below my (now wife) went in as an alone independent woman looking to buy her first **** Paying 34000 for a 2016 x3. Our family is growing and its time to up grade to a new larger car. We did fall in love with an x7 . After cutting a deal with another dealer down to the last few signatures thats when we found out that said car was in an accident prior. However not done through the insurance it reads different on a car fax. The cars value which was already terrible not 18 months after purchase went from 17,000 to 12,000. When we approached ridgefield they seemed to think taking advantage of young girls was totally fine and shame on her for not doing her own research. They sent me a general form that she signed saying she read car fax but it was not placed in her file nor did she initial any part on page 3 where it said it had been wrecked.I contacted Corporate Bmw and made a formal complaint . They said its really up to the dealer to make it right and that even if i planned to buy a new one they could not do anything. Its my duty to spread the word and let them know that they do not care and are what a true used car salesman portrays. More
I have owned BMWs for many yrs all purchased from BMW Ridgefield. The service experience with this dealer is outstanding.
