I had visited several other dealers and was about to quit for a while when a friend suggested I see Robert Mahoney in BMW Ridgefield CT. Well, Robert was fabulous. He was ready for me when I showed up and e for a while when a friend suggested I see Robert Mahoney in BMW Ridgefield CT. Well, Robert was fabulous. He was ready for me when I showed up and even had a test vehicle waiting for me at the door! Robert is not only professional but also very persomable. I was nervous about the car shopping process since it had been a while, but he quickly put me at ease. He invited me to have coffee, snacks, etc. We sat and he listened patiently to what I was looking for and was reasonable when it came to negotiating. I was unsure of which vehicle was best for me and called a friend. Robert even took time to speak with her and help me make the best decision for me. My car was ready several days later, and the delivery process was just as pleasant and smooth! 10 STARS FOR ROBERT! Honorable mentions to his assistant, the receptionist, finance person, and the technical person who showed me all the bells & whistles... So sorry that I cannot remember all your names! I have returned to the BMW Ridgefield dealer since my purchase and was still treated with the same attention as when I first walked through the doors. THANK YOU. More

This dealership's service has a terrible habit of returning cars either incomplete, untested or road tested until the gas tank is virtually empty and their reasoning is timing. Most recently I brough returning cars either incomplete, untested or road tested until the gas tank is virtually empty and their reasoning is timing. Most recently I brought in my 2020 3 series with 7,900 miles for service and a recall. My car was returned with recurring electrical problems but I refused to have them look at my car again because of terrible issues associated with the service Manager Dan Casey, he just want the cars returned to the customer regardless of completeness. They're nothing but problems and the owner Ed McGill supports their mistakes. More
