I had visited several other dealers and was about to quit for a while when a friend suggested I see Robert Mahoney in BMW Ridgefield CT. Well, Robert was fabulous. He was ready for me when I showed up and e for a while when a friend suggested I see Robert Mahoney in BMW Ridgefield CT. Well, Robert was fabulous. He was ready for me when I showed up and even had a test vehicle waiting for me at the door! Robert is not only professional but also very persomable. I was nervous about the car shopping process since it had been a while, but he quickly put me at ease. He invited me to have coffee, snacks, etc. We sat and he listened patiently to what I was looking for and was reasonable when it came to negotiating. I was unsure of which vehicle was best for me and called a friend. Robert even took time to speak with her and help me make the best decision for me. My car was ready several days later, and the delivery process was just as pleasant and smooth! 10 STARS FOR ROBERT!
