Exceptional experience, could not be happier My car-buying experience led me to BMW of Reading for a very specific used X5 that I was looking for. For reference, there were ~20 vehicles across t My car-buying experience led me to BMW of Reading for a very specific used X5 that I was looking for. For reference, there were ~20 vehicles across the US that met my criteria. BMW of Reading had one that came close, albeit not exactly what I was looking for. They were offering it for a price that was truly unbeatable so I contacted them about it. Unfortunately, the car was sold before I could visit the dealership to see it. The exceptional part of my experience with BMW of Reading starts after this though. I spoke with Eric Salem and told him that I was looking at a few other cars at other BMW dealerships. Without hesitation he offered to help in any way he could. I took him up on his offer, and throughout the process of buying a car at another dealership he helped in innumerable ways, including evaluating the service history of the vehicle and speaking with the dealership about the vehicle itself. He acted with the utmost professionalism throughout this process, and although I am sure he would have loved to sell me a car himself, never dissuaded me from purchasing the car I had found. Luckily this will not be my last BMW purchase, and BMW of Reading will certainly be my first stop for my next and subsequent vehicle purchases. More

amazing I am from Buffalo Ny and this is the first time buying a car over the internet and trading in my 328xi . I had about a million questions and was very nervous because I would be driving 5 1/2 hours to pick up my car. Michele Grim was amazing and very patient! I swear everyday I had about 20 annoying questions and she answered all of them and right away. I wanted pictures of the car and she sent them from her personal cell. I cant thank her enough for making this experience easier than expected. I came in first thing Sat morning and my car and paperwork were ready to sign and go! I absolutely love my certified preowned 528 xi. Thank you so much, I was so impressed that I would take that drive and come back again because it was such a pleasant experience. More

This is the second time in a year that I am compelled to speak of BMW Reading because of outstanding service as they actually took personal concern for my well being. Do to the complex nature of my inquiry to them, I will not expound but I will say this, without any regard for themselves, their time or their monetary gain, they just stepped in to solve problems that I could not. Not only did they go the extra mile over a year after I encountered a problem, which by the way was not even their fault, but they did so with enthusiasm and initiative. In brief, if you are out looking for a dealership to be part of your team, stop looking and take the risk of connecting with this team. At the end of the day you wont only want them on your team, you'll actually want to be part of theirs! I have no idea where BMW of reading finds their people. I don't know if they just hire the most passionate people they can find or if working there turns them into those people, but the individuals who served me these two times over this past year have convinced me to not dare look elsewhere when buying again! Thanks guys! Super blessed by all of you! More

From the receptionist staying on the line to help through my first, the kindness when teaching me about the car's features, and the final paperwork process - everyone was delightful. We received a very fair price on our trade and an excellent value on our BMW. The dealership even took the time to clean the wheels inside and out! We will definitely be long term customers. They'll lie to your face. Purchased a used 2009 Lexus RX from BMW of Reading. Should have done a pre-purchase inspection elsewhere, but Chad Wallace said it was already done. C Purchased a used 2009 Lexus RX from BMW of Reading. Should have done a pre-purchase inspection elsewhere, but Chad Wallace said it was already done. Chad Wallace said that the car had passed PA inspection, however this was fraud and incorrect information. When I took the car to Lexus and to a Lexus-authorized repair shop, the same report came back: brakes, rotors, and shocks all needed to be replaced immediately. They decided to withhold this information from me and I am now in a legal process against them. I followed up with Chad Wallace who never got back to me and then again to the head of customer relations, Phil Franco. It's embarrassing how this company handles service. I do not recommend this dealership. More
