Michele was very up front we us about purchasing the car we wanted. We told her how much we could spend and when we went to purchase the car we had to write a check for exactly that amount. She also made sure the car was inspected before we drove it off the lot making it a worry free experience, especially since we were buying a car “as is”. More

My wife and I came to Reading BMW from Wayne NJ to see a used 2006 330xi. We took it for a test drive and there were several issues with the car. Calvin asked us what did we think and we told him it was a used 2006 330xi. We took it for a test drive and there were several issues with the car. Calvin asked us what did we think and we told him it was a no go. Instead of pushing us to say what would it take he said if you are not sure then don't buy. Most salespeople would not take that approach. He then led us to another used car in the lot a 328xi (2008) and we bought the darn thing. We have owned 3 BMW's and this by far has been the best experience so far. Calvin was fun to deal with and a professional as well. We also dealt with Joel in the finance department and he too was very good. The price was right and Calvin and Joel was icing on the cake More

WOW!!! By far the best and easiest time we have ever had purchasing a new car. Chad took his time and explained all the equipment on the car while Dave was thorough in going over all of the numbers in rega purchasing a new car.
