My lease had 3 months remaining, I started going in to BMW of Reading on and off to see what my options were. Chad my client advisor was most helpful he took my information and then kept working and looki BMW of Reading on and off to see what my options were. When the pull thru program was announced he reach out to me immediately , I went into the dealer and told him what I was looking for and where I wanted to the monthly payments to be. Chad continued to work on my behalf, I also went to Faulkner BMW in Lancaster , give them the same information . However that client advisor never bother to call me back . I went back to Reading and I found the car of my dreams , Chad and his sales manager worked on the numbers , I test drove the car and with in 1 week I was driving my new 328i coupe. I cant say enough about Chad , the sales team, who while Chad was busy with another customer, another client advisor put gas in the car for me to take on a test run , the detailed team who took the time to wash and wax for me so I could take home for the weekend , Joel the finance manager who puts it all together , and the entire staff at BMW of Reading was just unbelievable in the way they treated me. The whole experience from the moment I walked in to the day I drove home was the best car experience I have ever had. This is my 3rd BMW with Reading and previous experience were good but this past one under the new ownership was by far the best. But above all , Chad my client advisor did an outstanding job , he really worked on getting me the car I wanted and the payment I wanted . I will continue to be a loyal customer of BMW of Reading , and share my experience with everyone , and of course the bad one with Lancaster . Thank you More

I began my process towards purchasing a car by using www.cars.com. The Masano dealership caught my eye. After I selected my criteria for what I wanted in a car, I sorted by price. Masano wasn't the least expensive, but they were in the Top Ten. I then went to their web site and was impressed with the layout and the information it provided. I decided to give them a try and I called to arrange an appointment. I dealt with a very professional customer care representative in Stephanie Stofka. She booked the appointment, answered any basic questions I had, and followed up with e-mail. I went to the dealership location where I met my client advisor, Chad Wallace. He answered every question I had in a professional, knowledgeable manner. And I had a lot of questions. When it came to price negotiation, there was none. Gone are the days car buyers and car sellers haggle over the price. Instead, Chad showed me a way I could save money. It's a way that every car buyer should listen to and utilize. He saved me $1200. Chad had to go a second round with my wife two days after my initial meeting with him, and he extended the same courtesy, professionalism and knowledge with her. My wife and I decided to make the purchase and Chad made the process easy. We decided to finance to pay for the car, and met Joel Powers, one of the finance managers. He was great at explaining everything about the agreement to my wife and I. The overall experience was pleasurable, and without a doubt my wife and I are excited about our new investment. We are thankful to Chad, Joel and Stephanie for making it happen. More

My targeted vehicle was a newer BMW with high mileage (over 150,000). Tom Masano was the lowest price on the net. I was very pleased by the quality of service, it felt like I was a new car purchaser. This is my third internet purchase and I will do it again, however, be prepared for surprises. Calvin did a good job over the phone describing the vehicle but the buyer will always find issues others overlook. In my case there were the expected small dents, paint chips and scrapes expected with a high mileage car but that don't show up in a photo. There was also a check engine light that popped up because the car had been sitting for a while. Tom Masano diagnosed the light as a battery cable and cleared the light for free and it hasn't come back yet (fingers crossed). I rented a Hertz car, one way. Fortunately the BMW was what I expected so Calvin drove me a few blocks down the street and we returned the rental car...very easy! I work on my own cars and have spent a few weekends changing all the fluids, filters, trailing arm bushings, cup-holders, cleaning out the sunroof vents, touch-up paint, etc. I would not recommend a high mileage BMW (over 150,000 miles) if you do not work on BMW's yourself. I had a great experience at this dealership, feeling very comfortable at all times when dealing with both Chad Wallace and Joel! This was not a typical car dealership- there was no pushy sale along the way of my car purchase experience which I liked a lot. A car purchase is a big financial decision for anyone and the second I feel that a salesman is pushing me into buying a car is the moment I feel uncomfortable- this did NOT happen at all. Thank you so much for great customer service from everyone at BMW of Reading I interacted with and I absolutely love my new Infiniti FX35. Second vehicle purchase from BMW of Reading. The pricing on their vehicles is ultra-competitive so I've travelled from the Baltimore area to purchase pre-owned vehicles. Wasn't real excited about my trade-i on their vehicles is ultra-competitive so I've travelled from the Baltimore area to purchase pre-owned vehicles. Wasn't real excited about my trade-in value but I do understand that they need to make money. Still, all factors considered, well worth the 90 miles for me to drive to Reading. They are very easy to work with, no gimmicks, very straightforward honorable folks. It was very easy to work with both Rob and Joel. More

Excellent service by the staff at BMW of Reading. I bought 2 BMWs from this dealership and would go back. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. Chad Wallace was the Sales Rep and he was extreme bought 2 BMWs from this dealership and would go back. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable.
