Kelly, thanks for response, but your service rep Heather was very rude and blunt. We at A1 Consulting Group had bought several luxury vehicles from Leith Group, including 2 Mercedes, 1 BMW, 1 Porsche, 3 Hondas and more. But, this last experience was ridiculous and I don't think we would buy any more vehicles from Leith. Three of our other knowns also shared their similar miseries with Leith. Pl teach your staff some courtesies to win customers' heart and confidence, not get to their wallets.

Thank you for your feedback. Your vehicle had aftermarket performance modifications, which were picked up on via information transfer during diagnosis. A BMW engineer then investigated your vehicle and subsequently voided your powertrain warranty. All of this was happening behind the scenes, and your service consultant, Sean, could not have communicated this with you. Instead, he offered some suggestions for some reputable non-dealer BMW shops that specialize in performance modifications and programming that may be able to help with your predicament. We regret we couldn't do more to assist you but wish you all the best in getting these issues resolved. Get in touch with any further questions. I needed warranty work done - the other dealership in the area was qualified to perform the warranty work on the car, Leith was not. Instead of referring me to the other dealer, you instead referred my to independent, non-BMW shops thAT clearly do NOT do warranty work. Terrible reply, complete ineptitude/failure of the entire Leith BMW team, including you, Kelly. Worst dealership ever.
