We are so incredibly grateful that they advocated for us during consultation with the corporate office at the beginning when they were in the process of identifying the issue. We are very impressed with their skill and technical knowledge in repairing our car. They were so patient and compassionate when dealing with our issue. We love our car and cannot express the relief we feel after getting it fixed. Once again we want to thank them for going above and beyond with their excellent service! More
My car has been in the service shop since Mon, June 17th 8am! It took almost 2 weeks for me to even get an update! I wasn't provided a loaner & I'm still without my car that I'm making payments on! I shared 8am! It took almost 2 weeks for me to even get an update! I wasn't provided a loaner & I'm still without my car that I'm making payments on! I shared my service report with several family members and other service providers...the amount of issues with this car in just 3 years in concerning for a "reputable" dealership like this! I purchased the car here, it's financed here, and ALL service has been performed here...why is this car in such poor condition? This is extremely poor performance! I just opened a case with the corporate office and will escalate this matter until I receive a fair resolution! More

The front end (Service Advisors, not the shop) at the Leith BMW service department is horrible. Having enjoyed an excellent 30+ year relationship with the service department at Leith Acura in Cary, NC, I Leith BMW service department is horrible. Having enjoyed an excellent 30+ year relationship with the service department at Leith Acura in Cary, NC, I had high expectations for Leith's BMW shop. Boy, was I wrong! The service advisor at Leith BMW was extremely unreliable: No updates, failure to return phone calls, and failure to do what he said he would do. They grossly misdiagnosed an obvious issue and performed a major, unnecessary part replacement. They agreed that they misdiagnosed and to perform the appropriate correction, but continued to be unresponsive about scheduling an appointment. We finally gave up and took our car to BMW of Southpoint where they correctly identified and corrected the issue, and where we received A+ service. More

My 2011 BMW X3 has been serviced by Leith ever since I bought it. A few months ago I brought the car in for a noice coming from the engine, I was told it was pulley. They changed the pulley. Upon retriev bought it. A few months ago I brought the car in for a noice coming from the engine, I was told it was pulley. They changed the pulley. Upon retrieving the car, I heard the same noice and immediately made another appointment. This time I was told it was a valve inside the oil pan underneath the car. I replaced it. A couple of days later a message popped up " drive train malfunction", again I immediately made a service appointment. Before my appointment date a noice prompted me to call my service representative. I took my car in and this time was told the engine was no good. Other than the issues mentioned above, Leith BMW has been the only place I've serviced my X3 and other BMW. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service and feel that something was not properly done resulting in the engine issue I am facing now. I made several attempts to talk to upper management without success. If you love your German automobile please consider servicing it at other repair shops. There are others more reputable than LEITH BMW. LEITH BMW should be the last place on your mind. More

I had a very disappointing experience with Leith BMW. I bought a 2015 BMW x3 from them. It was new when I bought it. The only people who have ever driven it are my husband and me. I took it to Leith for I bought a 2015 BMW x3 from them. It was new when I bought it. The only people who have ever driven it are my husband and me. I took it to Leith for all the required maintenances and took very good care of the car. None of that matters because at 80,000 miles, the transmission DIED. We like to buy a good car and drive it to about 150,000. This car is now worthless. They quoted a MIN of $10,000 to replace the transmission. More
I have knowledge complex machinery including combustion engines, controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc. The explanation given for the failure made no sense just based on the car's on-board monitoring syst engines, controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc. The explanation given for the failure made no sense just based on the car's on-board monitoring systems. I wasn't kept in the loop during the car's week long stay in service. I had to track down anybody willy to speak to me since the service advisor would not respond to VM or texts. They got their commission and forgot me. My bill alone like ly made their paycheck that wee. So, I'm over $9k in repairs in 6 months. Is it the lemon car? Or is it the service dept gouge? We have no real way to know do we? More
