Thank you for your response. The time for you to "make things right" has long passed. I emailed you on August 11, 2023, about these issues and received no response. We have since found excellent service at another BMW dealership and will continue to have our car serviced there. The poor performance of your Service Advisors is clearly endemic based on my experience and the shabby reviews here and falls squarely upon your shoulders.
