Our experience was the highest rating you have, and then some. Our plan was to actually just stop by to see what Leith BMW had before going to the Mercedes dealership next door - we never made it next door. Brad was low key, but very friendly and not at all aggressive like some salesman we've encountered elsewhere. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and thoroughly answered our question about various models.He knew of a car that had just come in and was still in detail that he thought might suit us and we ended up purchasing that vehicle the next morning. I can't believe I enjoyed my car-buying experience. I've only ever purchased from private/individual sellers before, which has always been fairly hassle free. Everyone warned me about "car dealerships" - and warned me to beware! Clearly those same people had not been to Leith BMW. I chose Leith BMW specifically because my mother had such a positive experience there a few years ago. I was with her and remembered how she was treated, and how happy she was. So, when it was finally time for my first BMW, I went back, and specifically requested David Mallette. It was the right choice. David was so easy to work with. He found the car I wanted (and more) and made the whole process fun, and most importantly, easy. If only the rest of life were like purchasing a BMW... we should all be so blessed. We're almost a full BMW family now, and will go back to David when it's time for my husband's first BMW. We cannot wait, and are looking forward to the experience again! More

I was looking for a specific model and color, 2013 328i convertible, and the liquid blue metallic was not available at any local dealerships. I worked with another salesman at BMW first and felt that my business wasn't important to him because I was looking at a 2011 used car instead of a new one. I really liked the car but felt that the salesper my business wasn't important to him because I was looking at a 2011 used car instead of a new one. I really liked the car but felt that the salesperson treated me like a waste of his time. I had decided to go elsewhere and I mentioned it to a friend who had just purchased a new BMW. She highly recommended John Brown at the same dealership. What a huge difference! John was warm, friendly and really listened to what I needed/wanted. He did everything in his power to get me what I wanted and spent considerable time working with me. Even after the sale, John goes out of his way to help me. I feel like he is a friend who wants me to build a relationship with BMW and be a long-term customer and not someone who is only interested in the commission in that one sale. John Brown is excellent. If you're looking to buy a car, ask for him by name and wait for him if he's busy. He's that good. Harry Hellmer handled the financing and purchasing details and he was excellent as well. He patiently waited for me to make decisions and explained everything to me. Harry worked with me to get the payments I could afford and we talked and laughed over personal stories of past mistakes. When I thought we had to redo all the paperwork, Harry not only didn't complain, but worked on his own to find ways to save me time and effort. When I went in for my gloss-coat treatment after owning the car for two weeks, I was treated like an MVP customer as if I'd purchased the most expensive car on the lot. Harry and John made a point to come out and say hello and make sure I was happy with my beautiful BMW. They even tracked down the technical expert to answer my question about the seatbelt!
