This was really my first day of shopping around for a new vehicle and Kasey didn't try and push me to hard to getting anything that day since I was just starting to look around. Kasey at leith BMW Raleigh/Capital blvd was an example of what sales reps should be. At first I went to Mercedes raleigh/capital blvd seriously considering cla 250. I thought to myself Mercedes's strategy to what sales reps should be. At first I went to Mercedes raleigh/capital blvd seriously considering cla 250. I thought to myself Mercedes's strategy to win other market shares with their new cla is working. I test driven the cla and liked it even though it didn't feel like BMW. Back to Mercedes dealer to negotiate a price and in 5 minutes I walked out b/c they were not open for any negotiation. So that seemed to have reversed Mercedes efforts to win other market shares, in my case it took 5 minutes or so to do that.. That's when I walked across the parking lot and went back to BMW. Kasey helped me and he did an awesome job. In a few hours I drove home 528i and glad that made that choice.
