Ales took really good care of me as I was an out of state buyer and had concerns about buying a vehicle from so far away. He arranged a driver from the dealership to pick me up from the airport as well and t buyer and had concerns about buying a vehicle from so far away. He always goes above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of and also remembers our preferences like not wanting the cars wa M3s and my wife's X3M.
