I had purchased my wife a X5 last Fall so I am a returning customer. I reached out to the Sales Manager for his opinion on who should handle my M8 purchase and he recommended Ales. This turned out returning customer. I reached out to the Sales Manager for his opinion on who should handle my M8 purchase and he recommended Ales. This turned out to be a perfect personality match and after consulting with Ales on M8 availability we decided to special order mine so I could get exactly what I wanted. He stayed on top of the order and gave timely updates as production began. When the car got here he made sure to let me know it was in the States and about when he would have it ready to deliver. Start to finish, the entire process was handled perfectly. All the other staff there that participated in this buy should also be thanked for their efforts. More
