If you are looking for excellent customer service, honesty, dependability on maintenance DO NOT look here! Leith BMW does not follow through or follow up. I have attempted to contact Kelly Barbour num honesty, dependability on maintenance DO NOT look here! Leith BMW does not follow through or follow up. I have attempted to contact Kelly Barbour numerous times over the last several weeks and he absolutely does NOT return phone calls. My maintenance package has net been honored and I am currently dealing with breaks that have 124,000 miles on them that BMW has refused to replace!! I would suggest shopping somewhere else if you want an honest experience. More

Leith was the only dealership that had vehicles on their lot. I specifically came to Leith to look at one vehicle and realized it did not fit my needs. Fortunately, Ales recommend another vehicle that was lot. I specifically came to Leith to look at one vehicle and realized it did not fit my needs. Fortunately, Ales recommend another vehicle that was perfect for me. Further, unlike other dealerships, they gave me a fair value for my trade-in vehicle. The previous BMW dealership I went to gave me a low offer and threatened to charge me over MSRP if I did not make the trade and finance the vehicle. Ales/Leithe BMW was transparent in their dealings with me. More
