The experience at BMW of Raleigh with Greg Fielding was great! He was very professional and attentive to my husband’s and my concerns about every aspect of this used car. He was very knowledgeable of this Acura RDX and had everything checked out by the service department before purchasing. The service department did a wonderful job freshening up the car, putting on new tires and cleaning small amounts of paint on the car. It was like brand new when we received it! We are so incredibly grateful that they advocated for us during consultation with the corporate office at the beginning when they were in the process of identifying the issue. We are very impressed with their skill and technical knowledge in repairing our car. They were so patient and compassionate when dealing with our issue.
