The buying experience was spectacular. Everything was co-ordinated smoothly via phone calls, text messages and e-mail with lightning fast response from our salesman Greg Fielding. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. We flew from Chicago to Raleigh NC to pick up our 2015 pre-owned Lexus RX 450h that we purchased on line from BMW of Raleigh dealership. Greg arranged transportation from our hotel to BMW dealership. John, our driver was in a class of his own. Everything went perfectly. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive. The car is in great condition and we are thrilled with our purchase especially after long 12+ hour drive home in total luxury and ride quality.
