Although it was very close to closing time Mr. Timberlake showed/compared the models that we were interested in great detail. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Once we made a selection he took my wife and me on a test drive and explained the various options and packages that the vehicle had in great detail. The next day, Mr. Timberlake arrived at the dealership early to ensure the vehicle was ready for us first thing that morning so we could continue our discussion about the vehicle we had selected. honest price and excellent customer service I was in the market for a gently used Acura MDX and found one listed on autotrader.com located at Leith BMW in Raleigh. The listing did not include pictures, so I called and talked to Brian Ano about the 2011 Acura MDX. Brian took several photos of the interior and exterior and emailed them to me directly. Two days later I went to the dealership and Brian helped me with test driving and ultimately purchasing the car. Brian was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. He treated me with respect and did not make me feel like an ignorant female car shopper. Leith BMW priced the 2011 Acura MDX within the price range I find on Edmunds.com. Other dealerships overvalued their used cars which I found irritating. I did not have to haggle with Brian and his manager over the price. The car even had extras not included in the price (rubber floor mats, towing hitch, bike rack) which would have cost several hundred dollars to add on later. I had a great experience all around and would buy from here again. More
