I'm glad I did; the car takes some getting used to and we wouldn't have realized how enjoyable it is to drive with just a standard 15 minute test drive. After I requested the extended test drive Kent Beard reached out and we scheduled a time. He was very knowledgeable about the car, was never pushy, and had everything ready to go at the scheduled time. After we returned the car Kent promptly responded to our questions via email and helped us work through the options and available colors. When I came back to pick up the car, he had everything ready to go, and the process was about as painless as it could be. I'm very happy with our car, and our choice to buy through Leith. More

Our salesperson, Mr. Brad Timberlake greeted us promptly upon our arrival at the dealership. Although it was very close to closing time Mr. Timberlake showed/compared the models that we were interested in great detail. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Once we made a selection he took my wife and me on a test drive and explained the various options and packages that the vehicle had in great detail. The next day, Mr. Timberlake arrived at the dealership early to ensure the vehicle was ready for us first thing that morning so we could continue our discussion about the vehicle we had selected. He worked with us to achieve a sales price and financing that we were pleased with. I would recommend Leith BMW and Mr. Timberlake to anyone interested in buying a BMW. More
