Top Notch car buying experience....again! For the third time in 18 months, I have had the fortune of purchasing a BMW 535 from Leith BMW. The first one was my first BMW. I traded in my old Acura for a 535 and fell in love immediately. The whole experience - test drive, to handling of my affairs, to follow up. Matter of fact, the follow up led to a quick "upgrade" within 4 months. I was completely satisfied with the upgrade until that one was involved in a car accident where it was "totaled". Hated it as that one was "the one" for me. But, a quick phone call and Kent Beard and Ty Coyle were on it for me. They kept me up to speed on multiple options, multiple choices and all the financing options available. I am now in a 2015 535i and my third 535 in 18 months. Wonderful experience during the purchase of a 320i I just purchased a BMW 320i from Leith BMW in Raleigh and couldn't have asked for a better experience. My wife and I recently stopped in at Leith while in the Raleigh area and met Client Advisor, Brad Timberlake, by chance as we pulled up to the dealership. Brad was very helpful and knowledgable about the product and what we were looking for. Although the entire process was smooth, it was Brad's professionalism, knowledge, helpful persistance, and communication that ultimately won us over and got this deal done. I was living out of State and made all the arrangements via the phone -- Brad Timberlake was exceptional in his service -- courteous, honest and friendly. He worked out the best deal possible, fair both for Leith and for me, and did all the spade work well ahead of my visit, to collect the car. He helped line up all the paper work for me to bring, had the necessary details emailed to me and was helpful to an extent well beyond the call of duty. He even answered his cell phone on his day off and help guide me through several minor details. When I came to collect the car, every document was ready to sign and there was a seamless hand over to the Business Manager Ms. Colleen O'Leary. She was also exceptional at her job and gave me some additional options to consider as add on purchases. There was absolutely no pressure to buy - only pertinent advise and suggestions. When I added on a Vehicle body/upholstery protection application, which normally needs a prior appointment and a few hours to complete, she was able to accommodate my request on the same day, as I had to leave town. While the work was being completed she was kind enough to loan me her personal car for several hours, so I could keep my other appointments. This was excellent service, unheard off! Brad then did a detailed walk through of all new features and help set up the essential services linked to the iDrive system. He also set me up to work with the BMW Genius -- Bree Piper, who was pleasant, competent and patient in explaining the electronics. Bree too worked longer hours than usual, to help set me up before my departure. On the next day, I was surprised to hear from Brad, who called just to make sure my drive back was uneventful and the car gadget's were functioning to my satisfaction. He asked me to call back anytime I needed any help and this similar offer was made without hesitation, by both Colleen and Bree. Due to my work schedule, I had only 5 hours to spare in the morning which would give me only 2 hours to do a test drive and purchase the vehicle since it would take me 3 hours to make a round trip movement from Bragg to Raleigh. After discussing that issue with Mr. Daniel, he ensured a smooth and fast process and had the vehicle ready for a test-drive @ 0900 hrs the next day.
