Brad is without a doubt the most engaging and genuine car salesman I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is very knowledgeable about cars in general and BMWs in particular. He made the effort to connect with me on a personal level to understand what I wanted, not just as someone engaged in a transaction. He answered all my questions and took time to explain the nuances of the lease as well as to discuss the pro and cons of different BMW models. He relayed information in a way that had the appearance of complete transparency thus engendering a feeling of trust. I left with a great feeling about my purchase and my relationship with Brad. I never thought I would see a blue circle emblem in my garage but the deal offered me on an i3 was hard to resist. I'm paying less for a BMW than I was for my Nissan. Amazing car, amazing deal, great salesman. What more could you ask for? More
