He took the time to show me the different options and make an educated purchase decision. I felt that the sales negotiation was done professionally and properly; without the use of the typical tactics and pressures. I did visit several other dealers and looked at competing vehicles; but in the end the X5 was the right fit for my situation and family. If you decide on BMW, I would recommend visiting Leith and asking for Brad Timberlake. More

During our puchasing process we worked with four different "Client Advisors" at four different dealerships. Our final decision was made based on the trust we developed at Leith with Brad Timberlake. Brad was always responsive to us during the process, never became "pushy" and worked with us to find the vehicles we wanted not vehicles teh dealership wanted to sell.
