Car buying — the way it should be Visited Leith BMW on Saturday and was greeted by Brad Timberlake on the lot. Told him what I was looking for a pre-owned 5 Series, but with the right Visited Leith BMW on Saturday and was greeted by Brad Timberlake on the lot. Told him what I was looking for a pre-owned 5 Series, but with the right numbers, I would also consider a lease on a new 2016. After answering a ton of my questions, providing me with printed estimates of all finance options, and test driving 3 of their vehicles, I ended up with a great lease on a 2016 528i. Brad worked hard with his manager to fit my needs, not matter what numbers and options I threw at him. He is incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicles and was able to clearly walk me through all the features and functionality of the car. There was never any pressure to do or sign anything. And he had no problem staying an hour after the dealer closed to take care of everything for me. Having bought many cars in the past, I can say this one is the best I can ever recall. I would highly recommend Leith BMW to anyone. And please ask for Brad. He's a stand up guy who will definitely take care of you. More

Before we even made a deal, we were able to drive the car and no pressure to stay and discuss right then. We negotiated the price over e-mail which went very smoothly and did paperwork ahead of time. Our delivery day was a Saturday which is traditionally very busy but everything went perfectly. Attention to detail by Kent Beard, our salesperson, was outstanding. All of our questions were answered fully and after a very pleasant interaction with Colleen O'Leary the business manager, and Joel Kilgore, BMW Genius, we were on our way. The whole process took less than 90 minutes with no waiting. The team ran things like a well oiled machine and I will not hesitate to return for another new car purchase from here when the time comes. I highly recommend working with Kent Beard due to his professionalism, positive attitude, knowledge of the product, and his transparency. There was nothing ever hidden from us in terms of cost and absolutely no pressure. Truly a very positive experience and this is coming from someone who does a lot of research on car buying online ahead of time. Thanks again Kent and team for this really positive experience.
