We had been looking at cars for several months and John was patient and knowledgeable and really knew what was important to me. The general manager Ty Coyle was also great! Ty and John were sensitive to my needs and found me the perfect car. I live in Charlotte and maxe the drive twice. Not sure the first ti m e just what to expect, but boy what a wonderful surprise. I was treated with respect a genuine desire to find me a newer car I was able to buy! From the sales Manager, Ty Coyle, to the Client Advisor he personally worked with to help me find a car, to the finance manager and everyone I met, said hi how are you. I never felt pressured, or uncertain of the car they found for me being as safe, mechanically sound and most importantly, did it make me happy. A Resounding yes to all my questions and concerns! He was very knowledgeable about the car (which I bought by the way and join the ranks of Beemer owners), was very low-key and didn't pressure me at all. He's my kind of salesman. We negotiated over the phone and made a deal that was superb. I recommend Barry Frucht to anyone looking for a BMW. My new car "is" the ultimate driving machine! Side note: Barry also recommended a fantastic pizza parlor and even called the owner to let them know my wife and I were on our way to celebrate our new car! Couldn't get better than that! I phoned the Leith BMW of Raleigh requesting that the receptionist connect me with the least agresive sales person because I'm ready to purchase the 2016 X3 but I'm not playing the sales games she connected me with the perfect professional sale person David Malette. I knew after researching the car exactly what price I was willing to pay and we corresponded via emails and reached an agreement that I felt satisfied. David Malette kept his word on everything so if your in the market for a BMW you should contact him directly . I picked up my new X3 this past Saturday it was a pleasant and very exciting day, I'm so happy with my first BMW?? More
