Smooth experience leasing an i3 I'd been looking at electric cars, a colleague recommended Letih BMW where he'd bough an i3 recently. I emailed Brad Timberlake (sales) and told him w I'd been looking at electric cars, a colleague recommended Letih BMW where he'd bough an i3 recently. I emailed Brad Timberlake (sales) and told him what I was looking for, we arranged a time to come test drive the i3. Brad also sent along a lease proposal for the car I was interested in, it was a very clear document showing all discounts, taxes, rebates, etc. During and after the test drive Brad was easy to talk to and forthcoming about the car, the lease, and all other questions I had. After visiting Leith I emailed other dealers within driving distance to see what kind of deals were offered elsewhere--as other offers rolled in it was clear that Letih's initial lease proposal was very competitive and the most transparent showing how the lease payment was calculated. I decided to go with Leith's offer, they had the car ready for me within a couple of days. I asked to have all software updates and service bulletins completed before deliver--I don't know whether this is something they would have done without me asking, but they got it done. Signing the lease was pretty standard, the terms were explained clearly and I did hear the usual up-sell to protection plans and that kind of thing. Didn't feel too pressured into buying those, so pretty smooth exit. More

My husband had been thinking about replacing my BMW convertible for a couple of years. As soon as we learned my existing car had been identified by BMW as one with an airbag issue - we made a beeline to Leith BMW. My husband has owned various BMWs through the years - always purchased new. This was our first time buying CPO. Not only was I totally impressed that BMW (the manufacturer) stood behind their product when an airbag issue was discovered, John made giving up my dream car a little less painful. John Draz is the epitome of a professional and a gentlemen and was patient and kind. The entire team at BMW was professional, caring and pleasant.
