Brad also sent along a lease proposal for the car I was interested in, it was a very clear document showing all discounts, taxes, rebates, etc. During and after the test drive Brad was easy to talk to and forthcoming about the car, the lease, and all other questions I had. After visiting Leith I emailed other dealers within driving distance to see what kind of deals were offered elsewhere--as other offers rolled in it was clear that Letih's initial lease proposal was very competitive and the most transparent showing how the lease payment was calculated. I decided to go with Leith's offer, they had the car ready for me within a couple of days. I asked to have all software updates and service bulletins completed before deliver--I don't know whether this is something they would have done without me asking, but they got it done. Signing the lease was pretty standard, the terms were explained clearly and I did hear the usual up-sell to protection plans and that kind of thing. Didn't feel too pressured into buying those, so pretty smooth exit. More
