During the test drive Joel was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions about this amazing car. Richard was a great help as I made my final decision over the subsequent days. I returned for another test drive, and then sat down with Richard to finalize the purchase and I'm happy to say the whole experience was a pleasant, friendly, smooth one. More

I've worked with David in the past for the previous BMW my dad and I purchased, which was the 2007 328i, and I knew I wanted to work with him again. The car itself is great with all of the upgraded features, but I thoroughly enjoyed making this purchase through David. He explained all of the new features very well and he was able to give me a great deal on the car. He's a very customer-centric, non-xx sales rep, which is what I look for when I make important purchases. He also helped me set up my bluetooth and programmed my favorite radio stations. Great buying experience I hadn't intended to buy a car at all - I was just there to drive my husband home after he dropped off his BMW for service. But as long as we were the I hadn't intended to buy a car at all - I was just there to drive my husband home after he dropped off his BMW for service. But as long as we were there, I thought I'd at least look at the SUVs...and a few hours later I drove home in one. Partly that's because the vehicle itself was just so marvelous, but also because everyone at Leith was extremely lovely to deal with. I never felt pressured or talked down to. Many folks at car dealerships speak directly to my husband, occasionally humoring me with a response. The sales associate we dealt with, however, (Richard Williams) spoke to me, addressed my concerns, and treated me with respect the entire day. (Seriously, not being treated like "the little woman" counts for a LOT in my book). He took note of casual remarks I made in passing and addressed those specific concerns while helping me select a vehicle, and I came away with something that's perfect for what I wanted. No upsell, no shadiness, none of that typical salesman BS like using your name a lot to make it seem like they're your friend. It was a respectful, intelligent transaction. I highly, highly recommend Leith for anyone who doesn't want to be "sold" to. More
